Pretty cool weight

Fantastic option

I really like this dumbbell. It is so easy to use for a multitude of exercises since you can hold it with both hands or just one. It's got a nice coating on it as well which makes it easy to grip without feeling rubbery. It's comfortable to use. The weight is distributed nicely throughout, making it better for certain exercises than traditional dumbbells which are balanced only on the ends. Also like the fact that it is low to the ground when it is not being used so less likely to stub my toe on it, or have it roll around if bumped. With the handle shape as well, opens it up for a lot of wall storage options with hooks. My 10-year-old likes to work out and I feel better having her use this than a traditional dumbbell which I always worry is to unbalanced for her to safely handle at 10#, but this one she can use both hands with easily, so I'd say it's mom+kid approved (if they can do 10#). I definitely want to look into ordering this style in other #'s.

Love, Love, Love This

I started weight training in January and have been following Caroline Girvan's Youtube channel to start my journey. I started with her Iron series which requires weights for her exercises. On the days I have to work on my hamstrings I need to modify. I was having trouble using my regular dumbbell to do hamstring curls and when I saw this ring shaped bar (not really ring shaped, I don't know what this shape would be called) I decided to get it. Holy this thing is amazing for doing hamstring curls with. I can easily slide my foot through just enough so I can do my hamstring curl lying down on the bench. Also, my form is so much better doing chest flyes with these. I have adjustable weights and I found that they are so bulky that I can never get a good squeeze at the top. With these you are able to get a great squeeze when bring them back up to the starting position. These are fantastic and I wish they came in heavier weights. These are sturdy, well built and solid. Great product.

Awesome to workout with!

I got this so I can start working out more and it’s great! Super easy to use, not too heavy, and helps work my muscles well. I highly recommend it!

Versatile and solid

True 10lbs of easy to hold neoprene. I wasn't sure how much I would like this more than a regular dumbbell but it's so versatile! I find it easy to hold and as a woman, being able to use two hands to hold really makes me feel secure moving with it. Squats and crunches, hip twists all feel more impactful.

Unique concept

I haven't seen any other dumbbells using this shape, but it makes a lot of sense. Easy to hold for exercises like forward or lateral plate-raises. The dumbbell feels well made with a rugged textured coating evenly applied over the entire thing.

Great dumbbell

This is a great dumbbell. It is well made and a well thought out shape. it makes it easy to do two handed presses above the head and out in front of your body. The coating on the dumbbell is nice and nonslip, making it even easier to hold. Great for adding into workouts with online programs where you want weights to add into cardio that are not too heavy.

This is a great addition to my workout. I like how it's bended slightly makes it easier to hold during some of my exercises.
