misleading information

The listing says 12 count but I received only 6 count per order. Hence I was short of 36 bags. Very misleading. And when I brought it up I was told I would have to send what I had received back in order to get a refund for what was not sent. Huh??? Yeah, that was weird. Well, I had already distributed the 36 bags so there was no way I could gather them back and send it off. I was not offered an apology nor have i seen the display rectified since I mentioned in September 13. So I am hoping they are now sending 12 ct packs and not sending 6 ct packs still.

Received 6, not 12!

The bags are great, but when we received them, we received them only in 6-ct, even though it should have been 12-ct. This was a major inconvenience to us, as we ordered them with rush shipping because we needed them in time for an event. When we called customer service about this problem, it was too late for them to get another order out with one-day shipping, and the representative told us there was nothing they could do. This order was an enormous inconvenience and incredible waste of our time!
