Direct Replacement
I ordered this to replace the broken one on my 2015 Monterey 224 FSX, which secured a seat cushion. It was a direct replacement and fits great. Save the acres from your old one so it’s a true direct replacement.

Worth it!
Just installed this on my camper, so I have no opinion of the longevity of the product. However, I had to gather hardware from Lowe's to get this item installed correctly on my camper. This may not hold true to your situation though. My camper wall does not have a stud in the vicinity of my camper door. I had to use a butterfly anchor to install the female portion. Also, my door on the camper is hollow. I needed a bolt that goes all the way through the door, held on by a washer and nut to fasten the male portion of the bumper. I have a relative that has the same model and his was really tough to open and close. It has lasted them a long time but I didn't want to struggle with how hard it was to open and close. So, I used a hex bold that fit the opening of the male end and put it in the drill to sand it down to a smaller size. This helped a lot and door sticks with ease. Relative ended up following suit.

Great swamp cooler part
I didn't use it for a door part. I used it as a bumper for the belt tensioner in my swamp cooler. The original part was wore out and the manufacturer discontinued making parts. The male part of this assembly is what I needed. I give it high rating for it's ability to be used other than what it was made for

Works great
Bought this for my teardrop camper doors. Had to buy hardware to make it work witch was expected. Some reviews say that they pull out to hard, when I opened the box I thought the same thing. After I installed them they worked fine and hold the door open just as intended. An add bonus is the stop is rubber so it dampens the blow of the door swinging open as well. Over all I am happy and the are low profile and look great as well. Only thing I would change is price as you can find them cheaper on the Web then amazon.
