Kind of cheap but my dog is a fan
At first I thought this was not worth the money for the cheap quality but my dog loves this thing! She was waking me up in the middle of the night to crawl in my bed. She has very short hair. This fixed that issue completely. Now she’s happy in her own spot. It doesn’t have an on off switch so you have to plug and unplug it but I put it on a timer to come on at night and that solved that. I think the description said it turns on when the dogs weight is on it but that’s not true with the one I got. It’s on all the time when plugged in. It’s true that you can feel the heat more readily when the dog is on it because the cushion is pressed down but it’s still on when there is no weight on it. It’s basically a small heating pad tucked between the layers. Definitely overpriced for the physical bed but a great deal for how much happiness it brings my dog

Our dog absolutely loves it. I had it plugged in but I think it got too hot for her. I'll try it again when it gets freezing.

Arthritic Doggie loves her bed!
My 12 year old doggie loves her heated bed. She's able to get up in the morning without help and snoozes off-and-on throughout the day. Great quality, well made and comfortable for a 40 lb dog.

This bed has been the best thing for my dog with back and leg pain. He is older and has some arthritis, he is in this bed all the time!

Dog loves it!
Our dog hates sleeping in his crate despite blankets, coverings and whatnot. He would jump into bed all the time to get warm. After buying this bed however, he laid down in it and now he's addicted. He's just a small 7lb short haired type so he likes warmth. It doesn't feel like much to me but for him it's like a personal heater. I don't even have to say anything to him, he's runs on his own to bed every night and doesn't get up till morning

Nice shallow bed
I should have ordered a larger size. It is shallow so dog can’t nestle into it with the smaller size. I wish the cord was longer too. Otherwise it’s an okay bed.

When I got this item it was as I expected it to be. The outter shell was stiff and I didn’t realize that the middle part was just velcro to the bottom and had quite the gap between the outside of the bed. When plugged in it warmed up pretty quickly. Just not as soft and snuggly as I was looking for. Especially since our room gets cold in the winter.

My dog loves this bed!
This bed is great! She didn’t want to sleep in her crate and decided she needed to be in my bed! When I put this bed in her crate she was more than willing to sleep in it all night! This is a great product for older pups with arthritis. She even seems to feel better. Highly recommend!

My poodle loves this bed
My poodle adores this bed and happily sleeps in it anytime of day or night. What is great about it is you plug it in and just leave it. I never turn it off and it is rated to be used like this (I would never leave some of the cheaper 'heating pads' switched on all the time - e.g. when not at home). I know then my poodle can use it whenever she needs and it will always be a safe temperature due to dual thermostat. I calculated at most this will cost me $13/year (30c kW/Hr) in electricity.

Well...
I don't know-this thing was made in China from who knows what and weighs next to nothing so I have no idea why it costs $120. The pillow that my beloved pet lays on packed down almost immediately and she seems to need to fuss around more than usual to avoid laying between the pillow and the base. I've got a K+M mat for another pet and they both seem to run a bit cooler than you'd expect but I guess you don't need your pet cooking to death. Had I known this is what I'd be getting I probably wouldn't have dropped $120 on it.

significantly over-priced for what you get
the bed is ok and does what it says (heats) but the quality and what you get should cost a fraction, like less than half, of what this item costs. the bed itself is low quality material and relatively small, something is expect at wallymart for $25 with a small heating pad worth another $20 save your money and put the two together yourself or spend the money and make something far nicer and higher quality

Not worth the money
The heating pad inside the pillow does not heat up the pillow. My cat hated this bed and it’s just not the most comfortable thing. For 188$ you’d really expect something grand. But it didn’t even do the basic thing that it’s supposed to do. I don’t have any pictures because if it wasn’t this expensive I’d throw it out. Waiting for the refund. Would not recommend it for your pets.

Well made and designed, comfortable and no risk of overheating.
Wonderful size for my beagle, sides are firm so holds shape, but still soft. Thick padding so don’t feel wires or heating pad, and love everything is removable and washable. Will be taking this in the RV when we go travelling as Lady, (my beagle), won’t leave home without it! Lol.
