Dress did not fit

The dress did not fit. Returned. It is a nice dress. It will fit someone who is above 5"2" and very slender.

Christmas green.

Returned. Arrived a hot mess slumped in the bag and would need a good dry cleaning just to smooth the wrinkles in this material.. But the green was off and the fit was tight. Other reviews have mentioned, this designer runs slim. But I have several size 8 kL sheaths and they fit perfectly. Amazon honored my free return promptly.

A chic black dress to add to your wardrobe

I received this Karl Lagerfeld Paris "Women's Ruffle Pearl Trim Sleeve Crepe Dress" in black. This chic little black dress has multiple features and little touches that distinguish it from the standard run-of-the-mill l-b-d: the ruffle sleeves with the pearl buttons add an elegant touch that help prevent this garment from being too plain. This would make a great choice for a black-tie wedding, an elegant dinner party, or even for a funeral or memorial service. There were a few things I disliked, though: this dry-clean only dress is 97% polyester, and the fabric is very thick and uncomfortably heavy. I really wish the material was a bit lighter and I would probably like it much more. Also, be aware that as this is a designer garment, it runs SMALL. I highly recommend sizing up, especially if you prefer your dresses to be anything other than skin tight. Four stars.

Too small, too short for work

Material has a crepe type feel. Way too small, no stretch what so ever. I buy a 6 all the time and have a Karl Lagerfeld in a 4 that I love. I probably needed to size up one or two in this dress. Also, the dress was very short and I’m 5’4”. I wouldn’t wear to work.

This is a conservative but pretty choice for when you need to look your best The sheath style is figure flattering, and the neckline and hem are appropriate for any occasion. The lacy fabric is fully lined, and the navy color is good for most complexions. The ruffles and pearl accents keep the dress from being a little too boring. Very nice.

Lovely Dress, but order two sizes larger.

This is a VERY cute dress with nice lines. I ordered in a size 8 and depending on the manufacturer I wear an 8 or 10, so I wasn't surprised when it was too small, but it is WAY too small. Love it, but I'd order a size 12 if you wear a size 8.
