Snazzy Luggage Find!

Since I've bought this, I've taken it on flights internationally and domestically. It so far has held up and hasn't ripped or had any problems structurally. The one zipper gets a little stuck sometimes but, just a bit of a tug seems to do the trick. They look super nice, and I have had a lot of folks stop me and ask where I got them - which is a weird thing to compliment frankly but I'll take it! I do wish the wheels were a bit bigger and easier to spin around, but my only complaint is the sturdiness of the handle when pulled out. It's a bit flimsy, and while it hasn't broken yet or anything, it always just feels like it's going to. I also purchased the carry on bag which can be attached to this, as well as the laptop type bag and when I hook them onto the handle I really do worry about it breaking. It hasn't yet though so, Until it does - I'd say it's a solid purchase!

Bought this for my wife and she is absolutely loving it so far

Wife brought it to her office and her workmates were fawning over the design. She loves the how light it is, how the spinner wheels tackle terrains with ease, and how it carries her heavy laptop and other stuff like a champ.

Tempted to return it

Just arrived today. On first inspection out of the box I was disappointed as I wanted the zippers to be gold and they appeared very silver and in the plastic wrap, it looked more navy to me than the desired black. However, once unwrapped it is in fact black and while the zippers and extended handle ARE gold - it is very pale but actually very nice. That said, it is a nice looking bag - unfortunately, the dimensions are deceiving. While it is 20 inches as described - it is WITHOUT the wheels. TSA rules are 22" or less INCLUDING the wheels. This measures about 22.5" with the wheels. Just over TSA guidelines. I am going to use it on my upcoming flight next month and HOPE that it sneaks by as a carryon. The zippers were of great concern in many of the reviews. So far - these seem sturdy and well sewn and are much the same as in a previous suitcase I have used a lot and the zippers are tough and have held well. The extending handle is a bit more on the flimsy side as complained about in many reviews, but it isn't much different than many suitcase I have used at this price point. So, while my first inclination was to not even take it out of the box, after fully inspecting it, I am pleased and will keep it. It is going to be used in place of a hard sided suitcase that I still use and like very much but find it hard to access to remove anything inside it such as toiletry bag for TSA, so I wanted something with an outside pocket for that reason. Kenneth Cole, you need to remeasure and put the correct dimensions in the description of your product. I know many have stated that this bag wouldn't pass for carryon as it is just too long. I know each airport and airline differ so we shall see.

My Laptop doesn't fit and after first use the zipper is already splitting

Specifically bought this because I have been searching high and low for a laptop case with wheels that will EASILY fit under the seat in front of me on an airplane. I didn't realize the outer dims would be so different from the inner dims on a soft-sided case. My laptop is 14 inches long and it doesn't fit in the main compartment of this bag. I have to put it in at an angle and can barely zip it. For some reason, this can only be accomplished at home or in my hotel room before I leave for the airport. At the airport, in a hurry, or on a crowded plane with everyone staring at you...and forget it! I can't get the bag to close up around my laptop. Also, the night before my first flight, I was packing it and noticed the zipper was already splitting on the side. Not the front side, where I am trying to force the laptop in. On the side of the case where there is no excess pressure happening. Before I even used it once. Needless to say, I made the mistake of using it once, was highly dissatisfied, and now I can't return it. And I won't use it again. So this was a waste of a lot of money. AND my search continues for a small rectangular carryon bag with wheels that will fit under the seat in front of me easily. I don't understand why that is so hard. I don't need all the pockets and compartments. I just need something to carry my laptop and headphones in, with wheels, so that I'm not breaking my back every time I have to travel. Hear me out luggage makers. 15x12x5 is all I need, with wheels. Soft-sided, so If I have the aisle seat (which is 90% of the time) I can squish it down more or angle it under the plug box. One non-bulky pocket on the outside for easy access to my boarding pass, passport, etc.

Doesn’t hold a laptop!! It says briefcase on wheels!!

I would have given this 5 stars as its truly beautiful!! However I can’t put a laptop in it and close the zipper. ???? It needs just a few more inches in length plus some padding .. and this would be an amazing “briefcase on wheels!!! “. I’m going to have to keep it as it’s better than nothing .. but I would be in heaven if I could keep it closed. Businesswomen need elegance AND practicality these days… let me know if you improve this design!!

DOES NOT COME WITH BACKPACK

I have complicated feelings. I love the bag, it was perfect. Lots of space the wheels are smooth. My issue was, when ordering the ad I had and placed my order with had the dimensions of the suitcase AND the backpack AND stated it was 2 pieces. When my package arrived it was only the suitcase. I didn't have the time to dispute as I needed the bag that week so I went ahead and purchased the backpack separately. I love the set and happy I have both pieces. Just know IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE BACKPACK.

ITS TOO BIG FOR A CARRY ON

WAS DENIED EVEN IF IT SAYS THE DIMENSONS ARE OK THEY ARE NOT!!!AND NEEDED TO GO CHECK MY BAG. NEARLY MISSED MY FLIGHT. Kenneth Cole Reaction Chelsea 20" Now I have 2 more trips coming up and I don't have a functional carry on and I hate checking a bag. especially with all the mayhem at airports these days.

Very maneuverable, can stack a bag on top and it still rolls like a dream.

The zipper pulls weren't long for this world, lost a couple on its first trip out, but it was otherwise a great choice for my trip to Paris - Venice - tour of Southern France. It was lightweight enough to carry for the Venice stairs and rolled like a dream on uneven cobblestones. Small enough to be my go to bag for local trips and big enough for a three week tour, this bag is cute and versatile. I'll replace the zipper pulls with an aftermarket clip type.
