Great rod, with nice style!

I've had these rods for almost 2 years now, holding 80in blackout heavy curtains and there has been no bend in the rod. Great rods at this price point!

Decent curtain rack

The instructions on the package are extremely vague, so I suggest looking on YouTube for curtain assembly instructions. This was my first time installing curtains, so there was a lot of trial and error and a lot of holes that need to be spackled up. The curtain rack comes with screws and dry wall anchors, however these are cheap. I recommend buying your own screws and anchors. Fortunately there were studs around my window, so I did not need to use anchors. I used a power drill with a titanium drill bit since my studs are metal (which I found out four holes later) to make a pilot hole. I bought screw size #8 at 1.5 inches long and it screwed into the stud fine for me. What ever length of screw you use depends on how thick your dry wall is. The way the curtain hooks are designed makes it a little difficult to use a power drill to screw it in place in the wall due to the hooks getting in the way of the drill. I ended up having to screw the last few turns manually with a hand screwdriver. Overall the product is pretty sturdy, the only downside is the somewhat difficult assembly if using a power drill to screw the hooks into place.

i ordered too small

I like the rod overall, but i did order too small which is my fault of course. But if you are just looking for a rod for now this is great.

There was nothing wrong with it as to why I returned it. It was simply too short. I did not look at the length when I ordered it.

For the money, these can't be beat. The quality is sub-par though. I gave 4 stars because even though these are cheap, the value is better than expected. I didn't know that window treatment coverings could be so expensive! I was shocked when I first started looking at buying curtain rods. These fit in my budget and weren't horrible looking, I also bought these linen curtains on Amazon. When I first opened them up, I could immediately tell that I had been duped by the pictures. These are definitely more squarish, NOT round. Please see the pics that I shared. I'm not too picky, so this didn't bother me. But, if you're looking for something that looks round, these are not for you. People have been complaining about how thin the rods look...but I think they look great! I really like the way they look. One of the corners on mine was damaged, please see pic. But, I had ordered five rods, so this wasn't a complete shock that at least one of them would have some damage. The smaller rods DO bow in the middle if you do not have a third hook. We actually "bootlegged" one of our rods and so our big windows in the photo are actually three rods in one.
