I love this faucet

I love this faucet. Very cute and seemed well-built. BUT I've had it less than a year and the white porcelain button that indicates hot on the handle just fell off. Very disappointed that such an expensive faucet would fall apart in so little time.

Added the sink and faucet , still need the backsplash but I definitely would recommend. Flow is slow but I don’t mind.

Almost perfect

This gorgeous, heavy brass faucet exceeded my expectations with the exception of the cheap plastic button on the spray hose. For the price I would expect something a little more substantial.

No water flow

Do not buy if you live outside of California. Beautiful faucet, but the water flow sucks because they made it to have the water restrictions for Cali. Tried seeing if it could be fixed but they said no. So just returned it.

Missing Sprayer & Already used.

Unfortunately we received this faucet & it had already been opened & re-taped shut. The sprayer is missing & some of the small pieces for the complete set are missing We will be returning this faucet. It's shame because it is very pretty.

Bad Response

I like the faucet alot but was not packaged well and has paint chipped off I contacted the vender and still to this date a month in a half later still no answer on returning it for another one. It looks like very quality made but wondering how easy the paint chips off.

Trash!

Within a few months the spray hose started to wear. Within 7 months it blew up. I contacted customer service, and am waiting on them to decide if it's covered under the warranty. ???????????? The hose rubs on the spray hose collar and wears the protective sheath off, and with the rubber inner hose exposed, it swelled and exploded under the sink. It wasn't even being used when this happened. As of right now, I can't even use my kitchen sink.
