First Impressions
Purchased this for the outdoor kitty I've been feeding for the better part of a year who joins me on the porch of my upstairs flat. Arrived quickly, the box was bashed and taped but everything inside was fine. I am clueless in reading pictograph instructions but I had this put together in under 10 minutes (I know because I had something baking in the oven and I was done in that space of time). Kit took to it immediately. Went inside to check my lunch and she already made herself at home. There are other choices for outdoor homes, some wood and some converted insulated coolers. I can't speak on the merits of those, but this meets the requirements I wanted for her: two entry/exits so she isn't trapped, a sloped roof to repel water, ice and snow, and a size and material that will insulate without having an electric cord running out the door of the flat. I don't think it will stand up to intense wind, but it is substantial enough for ordinary conditions. The shiny walls look like they'll be warmer than straight wooden walls and obviously she's comfortable in it; I've checked on her from noon til almost 8 p.m. and she hasn't left it except to come out to greet me and have her supper. It hasn't budged from the spot I put it, so it isn't blowing around. It hasn't rained today, so these are first impressions, but the construction is tight enough for stiff accordion walls attached with velcro strips, really pretty ingenious. Overall, I am very happy and the price point with free shipping is a bargain. I am confident this was a good choice.

Excellent warm home for cats
This very sturdy little house worked great due to the severe cold weather ! Cats get cold too and it has been a cold winter. They had no issue going in it and cuddled together. The warm mat helped save them from the cold ! They now sleep in it every day. Highly recommend it and it's very sturdy, not one of those flimsy houses .

Sturdy and well-insulated material for outdoor cats in the cold
We put this on our porch for a stray cat that's been around our house. He immediately loved it and seems to stay pretty warm in it when it is quite cold out. We placed a plush bed inside to increase his comfort and warmth. This house is also quite sturdy as it did not get blown away or moved by a strong windstorm that occurred recently (Dec 2022).

I purchased Kitty City Condo to house multiple feral kitties and protect them from the cold.
Neither of the cubes of the Kitty Condo is equipped with a heating unit. I would not recommend this item for winter use and it would be best used in a garage, shed or on a very sheltered porch. It also lacks a shade to pull down over one opening, utilizing only the clear plastic cover. While this blocks the wind it gives preditors a clear view of sleeping cats, giving them the opportunity to attack. I am going to put it in my shed and add a self reflecting heat cushion. I will try to find another item for the feral kitties that try to live under the porch.

Stray cat loves it!
I got this for a stray cat that was mostly feral as it took me at least a month to be able to pet her. She was afraid of using the house at the beginning (but she used to be afraid of everything anyway) and I kept trying to attract her inside. It took almost two weeks. She did not like the clear door at the beginning so I would just tuck it in above the door. Now she is totally fine, warm, and cozy inside behind the transparent door, which is a great wind /rain blocker. This little cat house is located on top of a patio armchair under the front porch. I have moved the chair slightly so the house window does not get as much wind/rain. I added a little padded mattress and a fleece blanket inside. "Tabby" loves it during the cold weather!

Not sturdy
Very light in weight will blow away easily. The weather blows right through the back and front through the plastic entrance/exit doors. If you put on porch that has a roof and put blantes, straw all around them they may keep cars warm. I had to purchase extra bottoms fo inside was very cold without. Have 4 outdoor cats and only 1 will use the condos, too cold, I had to put a back on them with heavy blankets

Fairly pleased with this product
It took over three months before the stray cat I’ve been feeding finally went into this little house. It was fairly easy to assemble and is pretty water resistant. My only real complaint is I wish the roof extended a few more inches. I think that would prevent water from splashing up and getting inside and would provide more protection when it’s extremely windy. It’s decent value for the money but I wouldn’t buy it again if it got ruined. However I wasn’t sure the cat would even use it so didn’t want to invest too much money. I’m not sure how well it’s going to protect him in the winter but I’ll wait and see. I don’t think I can honestly recommend this for a truly outdoor cat

bonita pero muy cara
muy bonita, la verdad se me hace algo cara porque no es una casa de un material 100% Rígido, es mas como del estilo de un cartón muy duro pero puedes sentir que puede doblarse en algún momento (no por tu gato, claro). Si no te preocupa mucho gastar, está muy bien y se ve moderna. Mi gato solo usa la parte de arriba, le quité el techo jaja
