Simply Sturdy

Wow! What a nice surprise by Klein. I've used all brands of tools as an electrician. Klein has always been most reliable. They are well made, comfortable, and long lasting. I recently had a job where I needed a small blade driver with 10"+/-. These are perfect since they are interchangeable. I bought the adjustable length #2 screwdriver first. When it came, I was so impressed with feel, and ease of use. Within the week, I ordered the #1. But now I returned to get the Impact Driver, 7-in-1 Flip Socket set for my adjustable handle, and the Klein 32303 Multi-Bit driver to share the bits with the magnetic Socket adaptor. So, now I have 2 adjustable handles with 4 adjustable adaptors with almost endless arrangements. This allows me to make room in my toolbox. Next, I'm looking at the Combo Wire Cutter, Stripper, Crimper 2005N. These will allow me to get rid of 3 more pieces. All of this with Very Reasonable Pricing. Good Job.

Useful

I use this all the time. It's my main screwdriver. I love that you can extend it for harder to reach screws then put it back to fit nicely into a tool bag. It is not magnetic but you can use magnetizer on it every so often to fix that. Funniest thing is handing it to the older guys at work and seeing them try to extend or retract it. You maybe have to explain how it works. You push down the latch to extend and pull it out to retract. It's also nice that you can pull the bit out completely and chuck it up in a drill if you need a longer bit.

my current go-to at work

i have been in industrial maintenance for a number of years (long enough to have to count in my head how many) and while there are a vast array of tools for each job, 98% of the time i've had a screwdriver of some type within reach during the course of each day. currently this is the one i have with me and it has not failed to disappoint. it is sturdy and has held up to a not-recommended prying event or two, scraping, and has even been used as a screwdriver. swapping from phillips to flat is quick and easy and does not require fine motor skills and non-slippery hands (a real consideration when dealing with water/chemicals/gloves/etc). only caveat is that you are limited to a 1/4" flat and a #2 phillips. i am looking into the new multi bit klein...but will need to wear this one out first and looks like that might take a while.

Great option for my tool bag

I needed I few different lengths of driver and this covers the bases. I also have a makita bit driver that fits it perfectly and is length adjustable as well and a makita 1/4 socket driver bit with sockets for when a nut driver is needed. Only issue I have is it hand up a bit when adjusting and sometimes sticks in either the in or out position. Would definitely buy again.

Buena funcionalidad

Se adapta perfectamente a tus necesidades, de hasta 8", sin embargo sufrió un pequeño daño al ejercer demasiada fuerza, no resistió el embate y tiene una pequeña muesca. No afecta por el momento pero parece que se irá desgastando muy rápido y realmente tiene poco uso.

Herramienta ta que no puede faltar

Extremadamente funcional, muy buen agarre, bastante sólido con puntas muy sólidas y muy practico, la función de alargar o acortar la punta es muy útil en todas las instalaciones eléctricas, muy muy pero muy recomendable, herramienta que tienes que tener para el hogar o trabajo. Su precio lo vale completamente!

pretty cool. Love that it extends

So far... pretty cool. Love that it extends, and is both a philips and slotted. The handle smells REALLY bad, but hopefully that'll go away soon. Also the locking mechanism seems counter intuitive. Pull it away from the handle to push it in, and pull it towards the handle to pull it out? Seems backwards. Minor annoyance though.
