Need time to break in

The boots look super cute. I had to size up from an 8.5 to a 9. I suggest anyone buying these do the same especially if you wear thicker socks. The back composite heels are awful at first. Ripped what felt like 5 layers of skin off my back heel after the first day of wearing them. I spent that night mashing in the back heel of the boot and standing on it the best I could to expedite the “break in” process and that seemed to help. I had to bandage my heels pretty good until they were fully healed which took about a week After that (and nightly “mashing of the heels” to continue to soften them) I can say they’re decently comfy. After I’ve worn these through I can’t say that I will re-buy these again.

Perfect

I have been searching for months for a womens composite toe safety boot that has a nice look, meets standards, and is comfortable. This boot meets all of my expectations. I’ve learned through trial and error that safety boots, in general, run a bit bigger than normal sneakers, so I knew to buy a half a size up and they fit perfectly. Would highly recommend!

Perfect fit, so comfortable

I bought these boots for my new warehouse job because they had the required ratings. I have foot issues and normally have a very difficult time finding shoes that are comfortable right out of the box. I have one foot significantly wider than the other. These boots are perfect for me! They aren’t too heavy or clunky, they didn’t give any blisters or sore points after 10 hour days the whole first week. They still look brand new too. Highly recommend.

Super cute, leather is stiff at first but breaks down quick

I love the look of this boot, and after about a week of breaking them in they are very comfortable! My only concern is how long they are going to last... I have had them for about 3 and a half weeks now and the leather has already broken down so much to where I’m having to tighten the laces an extraordinary amount to keep them feeling secure around my foot and ankle. For reference I work in a shipyard, ten hours a day with a decent amount of walking. Update- they DID NOT last sadly enough…. Went back to my old standby’s (timberland pro’s)

Love Amazon. Hate Kodiak

Bought this pair on Amazon and as always Amazon delivers with great customer service... kodiak sizing is off (even pair to pair) which is why we returned them. Bought another pair directly from kodiak and returned back in January for sizing issues as well. Took until June to get our money back from kodiak. Worst customer service ever and my kids spoke better English when they were six months old than their people. The “manager” went beyond rude and started insulting us. I would walk barefoot through hell before I wore a pair of their shoes.

Defective

The left heel composite is defective and cuts you. I wish they weren't because I was really looking forward to wearing these at work.

Well worth the purchase!

I bought these for work. True to Kodiack quality. They were comfortable from the first time I wore them. I have wide feet and had no problem with fit. I would suggest 1/2 size bigger.

Worst boots

Those godam boots are gonna ruin my heels and feet. They break real good when you first wear it but after 2 days they ripping the heels of my socks. They are also not good if you walk alot at work, hurt my feet real bad

Very well made boot

This boot far exceeded my expectations, but of course they did theyre kodiak! I have worn kodiak boots for years, and never been disappointed. Comfortable and well made, not to mention kodiak boots last forever. Well worth the money, I highly recommend this purchase, but dont just take my word for it, go ahead, but a pair, you wont be dissapointed.
