Low flow

Only available in a 1.75 GPM which isn't enough flow and with the flow restrictor removed it flows too much and will eat up all your hot water. I also have one of the 90 series and it's good with the restrictor.

Great replacement.

Replaced ten year old original shower head of a similar design. Like how easy it is to switch shower streams but missing the pulse mode on the original. My wife likes the full rain shower effect while I like the more concentrated stream for a harder stream of water. Super easy to changeout.

Appears to be good quality so far. Nice spray patterns.

Bought this as a replacement head for a different brand of adjustable height shower head. This Kohler head fit right on and so far is very nice quality. I bought the 2.0 gpm option. Plenty of water flow. Definitely worth the extra bit of money to get Kohler.

Better than other 1.75 gpm alternatives

We've tested at least 5 show heads as part of our remodel. Some a lot more expensive (Lixil & Hansgrohe) and most performed very poorly, and one even came with a hissing noise while operating. This is by far the best water saving option, and much better than the other Kohler (KOHLER 72414-G-CP) we tried as well. Highly recommended.

Not well made – unfortunately

After a few uses the shower head did not stay together - the internal plastic water diverter would detach from the hand piece while in use. I tried a water proof glue to fix the problem - 8 months later it still holding together. A 4.5 star product, less 1.5 stars for flimsy construction.

Wide around where it fastens so hard to use universal fasteners bys

Wish I would have gotten another brand. Wanted to put in Kohler SS handheld Shower faucet but too wide to use universal holder. Makes it spray too high as I didn't want to use wall mount on new glass or porcelain tiles. Afraid of cracking them. Not pleased.

Gangster handheld shower head

My wife loves this shower head. Awesome spray. Very powerful. Only negative is that the angle isn't very much so we had to change our mount to one that could adjust angle. As long as you can adjust your mount do not hesitate on buying this one
