Fit petfectly!
After reading some of the other reviews which said what was pictured wasn't what was ordered, I was leery. When it arrived - the connectors didn't match the old one (the original, German manufactured one that lasted 11 years) but it went together easily on both ends. First try - NO LEAKS - I am a happy Camper. We'll see how long it lasts.....

Good Price, Not Product Pictured Though
Not exactly what is pictured... The ends are different from original which is shown in the image. Original as small rubber band (o-ring) in center of the outside of tapered piece that screws on the base of the hand wand and sits in the wall holder. This piece of rubber made it nicer to insert and provided just a little cushion /resistance between the chrome parts. This new one has tapered ends in both ends (ok) which is also different than original which had one end tapered at the base of the hand wand, the other end more of a large chrom nut that attached to the wall fixture. In any regard, sealed Kohler box so... Would suggest fixing the photo. Am a little disappointed that the rubber O ring isn't there to keep the wand from slipping out of the holder easily.

Just What we Needed

good: made in germany the white plastic ends shown in amazon picture is incorrect. it has brass/copper ends on the inside of the ends. at this time there are 6 picture you can click on amazon to view. look for the one that show the inside of the ends that show copper or brass and that is the correct picture of what you will get in chrome as I ordered a chrome shower hose. very flexible. bad: i had bought a price fisher shower hose and it has a very very slightly bigger inside diameter to carry more water volume and pressure. i live in a condo and I cannot control my water pressure to my home. it is maxed out set by the property mamagement but wish the water pressure should be stronger. If I choose a hose that limits the pressure then the hand held shower won't work best as it can be. so choose a big fat hose that allow the most watter pressure and volume.

Kohl we quality you expect
I previously purchased another Kohler hose that was rubber...called customer support and they were the best. Instead of buying the metal hose from their website I purchased on amazon for fast delivery. So far I’ve had the hose ~1 month. Perfect polished chrome To match the Shower head and hydro rail. 0 leaks, easy install. So even if you do have issues, call Kohler and they will take care of you.

had it for 10 years before it didn't work anymore
I bought this as a replacement for my Kohler handheld showerhead. I have had it for 10 years before it clogged. I tried to fix it and I ruined it so it started splashing. The new part works just as great! Easy to install it has the same color and is a perfect match for my shower.

Perfect as a long hose for my shower
The standard hose for my Grohe Shower set was rather short, and the way my contractor installed the hose made it very high, which made the hose even shorter. Fortunately, there are long hoses, and this braided one looks good with the chrome finish of my shower set. It's extra long, so even with the poor installation, the water can reach the end of my shower (for cleaning purposes).
