What a great product!

This is exactly what my customer needed and it’s exactly what he got about two days later. Needless to say he was a happy camper. His wife was over the moon that I found this item on my google lens after they could not find brand name or product number anywhere on the fixture. They didn’t think twice about the price and it replaced exactly what had been installed 12 years prior. Pretty cool how things work! Would love to correspond and work with this company with reviews on their products. I have a few different ideas in mind.

Kohler Products work

My local plumbing supply sold me a knock off which was not a good fit for me. I went on line ordered the Kohler part. It was an easy install, works well and looks great!

Kohler changed the hose fittings should’ve done it along time ago this product is better than the original highly recommend

This is the Awaken hose NOT MasterShower hose!

I thought I had purchased the more expensive metal hose, but the hose pictured and received is actually the cheaper version encased in vinyl, which is ok if that is what you want, but then the model number should be corrected to K-45982 and priced much lower. On Kohler's site, the Awaken hose was $20 less! Oddly enough the box it came in was also mislabeled as a MasterShower hose. Also, one of the hose connector sleeves had signs of wear, perhaps from someone trying it out in their hand shower holder. I am returning and getting what I want elsewhere.
