Shouldn't something this expensive be in one piece

Arrived with two left pauldrons

Package arrived and when I started assembling the figure, I noticed that the pauldrons were both for his left shoulder. The right shoulders is keyed different with two indents and both pauldrons only had the one indent for the left shoulder, the collar/edge on the inside are both the same shape and size, not the inverse like they should be. Now I have an incomplete figure sitting on my desk... Not happy about this at all.

Beautiful work of art!!

I recently purchased the Kotobukiya Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back: ARTFX Artist Series Darth Vader Industrial Empire Statue and I am absolutely blown away by its quality and craftsmanship. This is truly a work of art that any Star Wars fan would be proud to display in their collection. The attention to detail on this statue is incredible. The metallic finish gives Darth Vader a menacing look, and the intricate sculpting perfectly captures the essence of the character.
