Paid $100 for a used costume

Costume came wrinkled and packaging was incomplete. It is obvious that someone has worn it before and decided to return it afterwards. There were loose fabric ends on the suit and stickers which reflects poor material quality. I would not give this feedback were it a $20 suit but I paid a lot and expect something of good quality
