As a group for a single project, I bought the Legrand - Pass & Seymour 3804 50 Amp Straight Blade Single Receptacle; Leviton 279-S00 50 Amp, 125/250V, Nema 14-50R, 3P, 4W, Flush Mounting Receptacle; Leviton 83026 2-Gang Flush Mount 2.15-Inch Diameter, Device Receptacle Wallplate (2); Hubbell-Raco 683 Two-Device Switch, 4-Inch X 2-1/8-Inch Deep Square Electrical Box (2); and the 50' 8/3 SOOW SO Portable Power Cord Outdoor Durable Flexible Wire Cable 600V, to make a 30 foot extension cable that goes from my 220 VAC dryer connection to the other end of my patio where I have a welding station setup. It’s a project that I am excited about completing because of the freedom it will give me and I won’t have to stumble over extension cords on the floor.

Fits my female plug extremely well.
The plate could’ve use some extra holes to attach retaining screws. Since the material of the plate is rather thin it was easy enough to make more holes in the material.

I like electrical work to look first class, especially finishing touches. It's a small thing, but the first thing you see which, again, I like. Plus Amazon made it simple and practical to get it from them.

This is the exact same product as the Leviton 4934 2-Gang Flush Mount 2.15 Inch Dia. Device Receptacle only it is three times the price!!!

Works fine, but very sharp edges
The very sharp edges are only an issue if you're mounting the box to the wall, instead of inside the wall. That makes it so this plate has nothing to go up against. I used this in a garage for an EV charger, and I'm concerned the sharp edges will damage the charging cable. Again, wouldn't be an issue if I had been able to mount the box in the wall.
