Exactly What You’d Expect
Great weights. They have a strong smell at first but that’s to be expected. I definitely wouldn’t open the package in a shirt you care about because the rubber has an oil on it.

these weights are awesome!! ok yes they smell a little bit from the coating on the ends of the weights but to right a bad review for smell is just ridiculous to me. come on people theyre frigging weights. these weights are a great deal. most 10 lbs weights are 20 bucks a piece and to get the set for 22 bucks is a steal. if the smell bothers u just let them sit outside for a few days itll air out and go away. totally worth every single cent!!!!!

It was the smell for me
Everything was good about this product. The only problem that I had was when I opened up the package it came in, it smelled like an ashtray. It was like somebody was smoking a cigarette while packing these dumbbells and blew smoke into the box. I tried my best to deodorized my living room and the weights itself but the smell stayed in there. After about a week of spray bleach on the weights and air freshener, the smell started to fade.

Good Dumbbells
I have been working out at home for over 15 years. I was going to purchase several weights & equipment but I hesitated; and then COVID happened. After every seller sold out, I was able to find these on Amazon. They have a comfortable grip and match the dumbbells I already own. They are an overall good set of weights but overpriced as many retailers are at this time. I hope they last heavy usage like all the other items I have purchased in the past.

Good Dumbbell
I have seen a lot of these rubber dumbbells twist off the handle. So far these ones have not done that to me. I weighted them and they were 30lbs on my scale so mine weight as advertised. I would buy more from them in the future.

As advertised
I bought a pair of 25-lb dumbbells. They looked just like the picture and are of good quality. I use them a couple times a week without any issues. Probably the only thing to say is when they first arrive they have a very strong smell to them which I removed with some cleaner. Definitely not an issue!

Hurray! We got 20lb dumbbells!
We really like these BalanceForm rubber encased dumbbells but we had to wait two months for these 20lb pair. They have a good grip to them. Since my husband and I workout together, we almost have two sets of 5, 10, 15, 20 lbs BalanceForm dumbbells. My husband also has the 25lb pair. However, we bought the majority of the dumbbells not on Amazon.

Overall, satisfactory.
As expected. They do leave some black marks, so beware of them touching light-coloured clothing or furnishings. The size of each dumbbell end isn’t exactly the same - close, and still the same weight, but not quite the same diameter. No effect on function.

Just the thing
Exactly what I wanted. Arrived on time though a bit of a wait compared to most delivery periods. Quality of any weights you’d expect in a gym. Rubber does have a strong smell out of the box but eventually dissipates after a couple weeks. Very satisfied!

So I ordered 10lb pair and received 15lb pair. Seems pretty basic to get the right pair in the shipment. I am going to try the order again and hoping for the right product!
