Just what I needed!!

I made the track that came with the Polar Express Lionchief set into a circular square to fit onto my round dining room table which fits kind of small. I ordered two 5" tracks to lengthen my track layout 2.5" on both sides and now it fiits perfectly on my round dining room table. I'll try to post a picture of my setup

Great to use with our figure 8 track

We needed these to complete our figure 8 track. They work great but it's hard to believe they cost $25 for all 4 of them. That's annoying but I suppose that's what you get when were in the realm of hobby toys.

Important addition for odd shape track circuits

You want to put your train under the Christmas tree, sure, but it can rarely be a pure oval or circle. This can create stress on track connections. This short piece of track gives you the offset that you need to recreate a perfect matching pattern with no connector stress.
