Boots are great, laces no so much

Bought these for my son!! The boots themselves were nicely made and fit great, but the first day he wore them his one lace came untied and as he tried to re-tie it, the lace tore apart!! Put a replacement shoe lace in it for the time being, until I could get him a set of boot laces, and two days later the lace in the other boot (still the original lace from purchase) tore apart as well!! Boots are great, but they need to send them with better laces!!

Update: They offered a replacement pair.

5/23 Update: The company finally reached back out & offered replacement. I ordered immediately & the new boots arrived today. Very much appreciate the replacement boots. The sole didn’t hold together after 3 months. Contacted Lugz customer service, they requested photos and manufacturer information - after sending to them, there has been absolutely no response. I have sent additional requests for a resolve to this issue, and again no response. Will not be purchasing any more items from Lugz!!!

These were Lugz, not knock offs, the size was exactly right. They are beautiful boots, no scuffs or damage on them, wrapped well to keep protected during shipping. Husband loves them.

Nice looking shoes, you should buy insoles for more comfort if you wear these a lot but they're nice looking boots!
