Quality Made and Nice Fit

This queen-size Madison Park mattress cover is very well made, thick, comfortable and fit my new mattress perfectly. I washed before first use, and there was no material bunching. It is much thicker than my last mattress cover, and my new mattress is thicker than my old, and combined, all but one of my sheet sets fit very nicely. Fortunately, I can't confirm its waterproof-ness, but with several young grandkids who like to spend the night and often sleep with me, this mattress cover provides me with an added sense of security that should there be a spill or "leak", my new mattress will be protected. I'd buy this mattress cover again without hesitation. Good value for the money.

Does not fit a thick mattress. Sizing is skimpy

Purchased this waterproof mattress pad cover for my short Queen (RV) bed. It is difficult to get it to cover the mattress which has a mattress topper. This mattress cover is not generously sized. Have not yet had occasion to evaluate if this is really waterproof. Am keeping because we are leaving soon and do not have time to return and reorder.

Like a cloud

So my Mom is now bed ridden and I took her out of a very expensive SNF that was so beautiful but the care was equivalent to a Turkish jail. After only two weeks there she had deteriorated and was left to sit in her urine. My husband and I busted her out and took her home with me. Needless to say since she is bed ridden I wanted her super comfy!!! She can't control her urine (three fat babies and old age) so I needed super protection for the hospital bed I bought for her. I used the standard bedbug cover for the entire mattress but wanted something also soft and waterproof. This was amazing so soft and waterproof. It will not protect the sides of the mattress so if there is a big Exxon Valdez water break the mattress will get wet, that's why I recommend buying a cover that covers the entire mattress for the big pee festivals.

Would Recommend!

I was a bit nervous about washing and drying this but it turned out beaitifully!! It is a snug fit on my queen bed because I have an extra thick mattress. Would definitely recommend. I have a super capacity front loading washer and dryer and it came out perfect!

Good fit and comfy

The only reasons I did not give five stars are: slight pilling and bunching. Because it will fit a range of mattresses, it is just a bit baggy on ours. Love the "bottom" tag. Nice smooth feel.

Waterproof Mattress Pad

So far I'm pretty happy with this product. I was a little surprised by it when it came actually. I didn't expect it to be so padded. It actually adds a nice layer of softness to my brand new mattress that I like when I first get into bed. It doesn't make any noise either. I expected a kind of plastic noise for waterproof and nothing but when you first lay down it's a nice soft comforting feeling almost like you get a little hug. It's nice at the end of a long day when your tired. It's a great pad.

The product I received was a cheap substitution for the product I thought I ordered.

The article I ordered said the cover of the mattress cover was was 100% cotton sateen but the the product I got was 100% polyester knit. Very poor quality which is why I am returning the cover.
