The Rollers on Chair are Faulty

This is the second attempt at purchasing this chair from Smug Company. The first shipment, the chair back missing. So, I had to pack up the chair and return to an Amazon warehouse. I ordered another chair and now the casters don't fit the chair base. The instructions in the manual for Step 2 says to insert the caster (G) into the Chair Base (E). I tried several times and came to the conclusion that they are defective. The phone number for product support is disconnected which is a bad sign. So, I sent an email today to their contact support that's listed on their website, info@smugdesk.net. The product is made in China, so I'll see if the manufacturer's product support resolves the issue. I also just noticed the comments from other buyers, that the wheels are terrible. Their customer support responded within the same day and sent me another set of wheels. So, I am giving them a better review.

Good chair, great value overall!

After 3 years of WFH, I decided it was time to replace my old chair, but didn't want to spend a ton of money on a new one. The overall look and feel of this chair is great! So far, it's comfortable (admittedly, it's only my first day sitting in it) - and even though putting it together wasn't difficult...the instructions and hardware included weren't labeled correctly so it did take some trial & error. If you're looking for a decent chair under $100 - I'd say this one is worth a try.

Decent office chair for a good price

To be sure, this is not a high-end chair. However, assembling it was incredibly easy, and even with the limited number of position options, it is still a reasonably comfortable chair. The armrest are fixed. You can’t change spacing or elevation other than folding them back. The seat can be raised or lowered and can be unlocked so that you can rock back-and-forth. You also can change the tension on the chair so that you can easily rock back or make it tighter so that it’s harder to rock. In my case, the chair works pretty well. I 5’9” and weigh too darn much. I’m not sure how long I can sit in this chair before it becomes uncomfortable. I just finally assembled it the other day and I am using it now. Based upon my current observations, it seems to be acceptably comfortable If you’re gonna be spending hours and hours and hours at your desk, you may consider spending more money. Otherwise for short time periods, like maybe three or four hours, this chair is adequate and a decent value.

AMAZING COMPUTER CHAIR!

I PONDERED ORDERING THIS CHAIR FOR MONTHS & FINALLY DID. DELIVERY WAS SO FAST & I FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS AS PER BOOKLET! PERFECT CHAIR & EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. MAY I ADD, I AM ALMST 89 & LIVE ALONE, I DID ASSEMBLE THE CHAIR BY MYSELF & IT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR. EVERYTHBING WAS LABELED AMAZINGLY WELL & WHEN FINISHED I FELLT GOOD ABOUT HOW WELL IT DID DOING THIS! SO FAR THE CHAIR IS COMFORTABLE, MOVES EASILY & I AM WELL PLEASE WITH IT. THANK YOU!
