Loved the puzzle but 4 pieces were missing

I find Springbok puzzles to fun and challenging.

I have more than 30 puzzles and i would say that Springbok puzzles tare my favorite puzzles, I am color blind and i have a problem matching pieces. When i cannot match pieces by color, I can match them match the pieces buy matching by the unique shape of the pieces.

Missing pieces

Pieces were bent right out of the box and once we got it together, we were missing 2 pieces. Very disappointed!

Extra piece

I enjoyed this puzzle..the picture is beautiful and it was just the right difficulty. I have an extra edge piece..if anyone is missing yours..

Fuzzy pieces

This is an interesting puzzle with a variety of differently shaped pieces. This is not as precision cut as other brands. The pieces don’t snap in easily, so you have to push a bit harder to fit in.

Not a bad puzzle

Puzzle was cool to look at. The pieces are not the normal shape for puzzle pieces which made it difficult and more fun. It did not stay 'clicked-in' well though.

Beautiful picture, but puzzle lacks quality

This was rather disappointing. I loved the picture, but the actual quality of the puzzle was awful. As you can see by the pictures, the edges were rough and not cut well. many pieces were still stuck together and had to be pulled apart. I'm not crazy about the weird shapes either, but that's just personal preference. Pieces are not paper thin, but they are not as thick as higher quality puzzles. They are also larger than standard puzzle pieces for this size of a puzzle. Am going to put it together now and will update my review after it's done. UPDATE: This puzzle was in such poor condition, that I decided to contact the manufacturer. They responded within 24 hours and are sending me a replacement puzzle. If the replacement puzzle is in better condition, I will update this review once again to indicate so. But as for the manufacturer's response, I'm very pleased. At least they are addressing the quality issue immediately. Hopefully, this was just an oddity. They said it could take 3-4 weeks to receive the replacement--will keep everyone posted!
