This is my second machine, the first one I had to send back because it didn’t work at all.. so the new one.. it’s pretty good except I can’t seem to figure out the hydra facial portion. Which was the whole reason why I purchase this machine.. I can’t say if it’s me or the machine probably me, but it doesn’t come with any instructions or help so good luck figuring it out
