Good safety plug lock out
This is a good safety plug lock out. Half of the cover slides inside the other to put the electrical plug, but it is very difficult in closing completely. I bought this cover to lock out my jobsite table saw due to unsupervised church volunteers using the saw with no experience. This would be a good addition to a home shop if you have little kids exploring unsupervised.

Plastic was thin. I need more security where I work. Returned.

Surprized, it held the large plug I needed to protect. Plastic could be heavier, but overall will do the job intended.

Visual deterrent only - useless for security!
To be fair, this product is clearly listed and described as a "Tagout", which, when used at a workplace with OSHA rules in place, will be respected. However, it is useless as a security device. It is constructed out of flimsy plastic, like a cheap kid's toy, and can easily be pried apart by hand, let alone with a screwdriver. The tabs for the padlock are thin, hard plastic, and could easily be broken off, especially if you use the padlock for leverage, grabbing and twisting it. I bought this for securing my $750 electric car charger which I have to run outside overnight. For that purpose, this lockout is utterly useless as a security device.

Works good
I got this because I want to endure when away my dryer is not being used. I noticed that the stretch to get it to lock takes time to do- it does not move smoothly to out lock on. Once you close; I have to lock the lock and then get key out. Not sure if this is the way it supposed to be but key will not come out if the lock is not locked??? It serves its purpose and is sturdy and kept for those reasons.

It's ok
I eventually received this item two weeks late, and after the wrong item had been received. It does the job, but like other people have said it's not a security device, but more of a warning not to plug in. The rings for the lock are thin plastic and could easily be snapped off

Not so Large
Boutht this to lock off a 32A 3 Phase plug. It will fit but it's definitely an only just. I strongly suspect that these are designed for American plugs. I also bought the small size for 16A 3Phase plugs but they are nowhere near fitting so I ordered more of the large.
