Not made structurally well

The product was able to be used once. Received a replacement, and the same scenario occurred. The unit is not made well as the power wire separates from the motor or the connection at the opening easily. I have attempted to repair, but the wiring is a bit short for two connection locations.

Absolute garbage

Got 1 to replace another that had broken after some months of use, and somehow the design got worse. Instead of being rechargeable, this one is battery operated and uses a twist top to control the intensity. The power control is just a spring that presses into the batteries so the batteries get scratched and etched from just turning it on and off, which can't be okay for it. I somehow received 2 in error, and one of them did not work out of the box except on the lowest setting in a very specific spot. Other one worked, but when at max intensity it would randomly get weaker then stronger again. It then broke after 1 day of use. Absolutely infuriating, will never be buying a master series product again. Save your money and buy a lovense. Edit: in a strange twist of fate, the one that broke now only works on the maximum setting, and only while holding the twist top. Changes nothing about what I said of it being cheap garbage, but funny
