Great arch support, they are shorter than normal

I have high arches. Even when a shoe feels supportive in the store, I often develop an ache in the front part of my arch (just behind the ball of my foot). These shoes are extra padded there, and I can feel the support when I take a step. They are cushioned too. Sizing: These run short, but the stretchy fabric does help when I walk. I would need to go up a half size if I were a runner. I had tried on some medium width ones in the store (when really needing a wide) and had to go up a half size. I decided to order the Wide ones online, and I went back to my regular size. I should have ordered a half size up. (I decided to keep them because I have a broken toe and can’t wear my other shoes) I cut my nails on big toes, and they are fine (only because of the stretchy fabric).

Very comfortable and light

Great for walking. I love the all day comfort, which is very important to me. Great for seniors !

Be very careful when ordering...

I really like these Mizuno Wave Rider 26 running shoes, but did not know that you can actually get at least three different kinds of material in the exact same style on the exact same page -- that is, it can be soft or it can be stiff! What the heck -- if I order a style of running show I expect everything to be exactly the same except the color. I don't expect to have to inspect the material up online close to be sure they're the right ones. For example, I already had the blue and black but ordered the beige/gray for a different color only to receive them today and find they're stiff and uncomfortable. Argh -- waste of time to return them now and wait for new ones to arrive.

Great shoes, so happy:) Yes, at first feels slightly short in the toe box like everyone says, but the size doesn't feel off, like the rest of the shoe fits perfectly, got my normal size of 8 and wouldn't go up for me personally. After running in them for a few weeks now, I'm used to it, no problems. These are working wonders to clear up some heel pain issues I had fron my last pair of Brooks.....

Something is different

I've been ordering these shoes mostly from a Sports Store. These this time seem smaller. My toes push uncomfortablely on the left. I have always ordered a 9 1/2. I purchased two pair and stored them under the bed . I've only worn these about 3 times. They hurt my feet?

Smaller toe box

The newer model has less toe box space. I ran with them twice and it pushed down on my toe nails, which I keep very short anyway.

Left shoe is strange.

The left shoe is not correct something feels wrong with it. Size is not rite wi r h the left. .
