Love this jacket.

This is a perfect jacket for travel. Warm enough for cool nights on the ship or beach but light weight enough to fit nicely in a suitcase.

I love Mountain Hardwear clothing - always superior quality. And the fit and comfort of this jacket is great - especially due to the “stretch” ability. Its not a heavy jacket but good enough for freezing temps

Perfect fit!

I purchased this in anticipation for an upcoming trip to Iceland in the summer, which will really be like highs of 50's and possible rainy weather. It will also be perfect for our Pacific Northwest fall and winter weather in the states where I live. I am a tall woman at 5'9", and have always had trouble finding coats that fit my long torso and long arms. I don't enjoy jackets that creep up past my wrist bone when I extend my arms, which is where most seem to hit me. This one is of perfect length without that problem. It is also packable, which is perfect for traveling light. While I don't think it would suffice in thickness for weather that is below freezing well, it will be perfect to keep the chill out for the lower digits that I'll be living in. It is more of a light down jacket. I'd purchase this again, especially at the excellent sale price I was able to snag it at that was much lower than the pricing I was seeing as I looked at the same jacket in person in retail stores.
