I like it
I've no idea what is giving some of the folks here so much grief. 1. install med to high "lift" blades....mulchers and low lift will be a clog nightmare. 2. use the bolt, nut and wire securing clip instead of them stupid plastic rivets. 3. leave your side chute attached, it is part of the securing mechanism. 4.even the best bagger kits will give you grief if the grass it wet and/or too tall. 5. if your grass is so tall the mower will clog on the lowest height setting without the bagger....guess what it'll be even worse with it on. 6. DO NOT USE THE ZIP-TIE get yourself a length of the thickest rope that will fit through the holes in the bag, duct tape the rope to the pointy end of the zip-tie, use the zip-tie to guide the rope through the bag, tie a knot in each end of the rope. Now you can remove the bag from the chute instead of at the deck. 7. the chute (without the bag) is great for mowing tall grass. It throws the grass up and to the side while preventing the mounds you get using the deck's chute. My grass was wet and nearly a foot tall,when I tested it with the deck on the middle height setting I had no issues. Finished up by lowering the deck another notch and mowing with the bag in place...of course I used first gear on my mower for the first pass and bumped up to second for the finish pass....third is too fast for my aging bones to keep up with so second is more than acceptable. 8. buy a small hose clamp and a snug washer to secure the rear of the chute to the pin on the deck...will save much frustration. All in all it works just as well as any other walk behind mower bagging unit...it isn't a miracle worker, it will fill up, the taller the grass the faster it will fill, the wetter the grass the more it will be prone to clogs. My mowable land is 165X66 I had to empty the bag 5 times with my lawn overdue for a mow by a month or so, partially because springs are really soggy here, partially because I had to rebuild the carb, install new blades, tires, tubes, belts, starter and deck control cables....anyway with realistic expectations and proper technique this will save you a good deal of effort and back pains vs raking.

It's OK
It does the job. Had to use bungie to keep on mower. Kept slipping out of slot. 33" Craftsman mower. Too much $$ for what you get but hard to find for craftsman. Had to bite the bullet and get it.

Not impressed
The newer version of the chute is way thinner than the original versions. The bag and mounting assembly are fine. The chute itself is quite thin and they provide a little piece of junk plastic grommet that doesn't even lock into anything. Every time you take the bagger off it falls out. I am waiting to see how long the chute last because the plastic is already oblonging. Have only bagged about 10 bags of grass with it. I will update when it breaks and I am quite sure it will.
