Good product for a great price manufactured by a reputable company

I bought three of these and when they arrived one was missing the cap. Amazon sent me a replacement, which also didn't have a cap. I tried to get another replacement from Amazon but they wouldn't send me another. Instead they sent be to the manufacturer, who is NDS, and they quickly sent me to 2 caps. One for the original one that didn't have a cap an another for the replacement Amazon sent that didn't have a cap. NDS did an excellent job. Thanks!!!

Missing caps

I initially ordered four of these valve boxes, but when I received them, two green caps were missing. Went on Amazon, I was advised to contact manufacturer. Called manufacturer, was told they only deal with defective item, I would have to contact Amazon for missing items. I set up a request to exchange, new ones we immediately shipped and received. Opened box and found two value boxes and only one lid. Back to the return process.

Solid unit

Needed this valve box to replace a smaller one that got too cramp with additional connectivity. Easy to install and lid is easier to open/close than the old round one. Should not need to upgrade for a long time.

excellent product and service

The media could not be loaded. I saw a TikTok video using these to compost in place and decided to give it a try. Wonderful decision. My garden beds have tons of worms and the plants are thriving. I ordered several and one didn't have a lid. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one instead of just a lid. Excellent product and excellent service

Lid missing from delivery

This is a good product. We already have two Round Valve Boxes that we are using and so decided to order two more. But when we finally looked closely at the delivery we found that their was only one green lid for two items, so one is useless. Can a further lid be sent to us?

Flimsy

The box itself is flimsy and thin. The sides bow in with even lite compacting using just feet. One of the sides cracked on me, quite disappointed.
