My dog loved it. But destroyed it in 5 minutes. If you have a dog that’s not a hard chewer, hopefully your dog will love this!

Old-school Nerf fun now for my dog and yours...

I have a rescue dog who has a history of destroying chew toys in less than 24 hours....after spending many dollars on various and supposed "tough" dog toys that all failed miserably, I purchased 2 of these Nerf Dog Toy balls and that was well over a year ago....I just finally had to replace 1 because it finally started to show some wear and actual tear of the outer cover, but it's the ONLY dog toy that withstood our dog's talon-like teeth and effort to eviscerate his toys....don't even get me started on his obsession with Tennis ball fuzz....I highly recommend this for almost any dog - large or small...Nefr always stood for fun when I was a kid growing up in the 80's, and it's great to pass that fun on to my dog-(and I am not a paid or sponsored reviewer, just an actual purchaser of this item)...Enjoy!

Do not waste your money

In less than 4 weeks this ball was destroyed, came apart from playing fetch with my 4 month old puppy. Wasted hard earned money on a less than sturdy toy.

The stitching gave out in less than an hour

While the fabric seems relatively robust, the stitching gave out in less than an hour, resulting in stuffing everywhere and the squeaker being pulled out and chewed. These are not robust for any medium sized dog or bigger. I’ve had to throw the red one out already and the blue one is starting to show similar fraying at the seams.

One of the best non-fuzzy toy options.

Good for smaller dogs in the 25lbs range. My cairn has a little trouble picking it up until he has flattened it a bit but they each survive weeks of constant play before finally starting to shred. No idea how it will work with larger breeds. Material is not too absorbent which keeps smell to a minimum and cleanup easy.

Two of the seams only lasted two days

The seams came apart because they weren't reinforced. So now I'm going to have to sew every seam so the stuffing doesn't keep coming out. .What a pain in the butt.

Poor construction

The third time playing fetch with my old guy who has few teeth, a top seam split open to reveal the cotton-like innards of the ball. As with the orange and blue also by Nerf, the plastic covers peel off easily leaving tiny bits of plastic to be injected by my dog. My dog is not at all hard on the balls, so poor construction can be the only plausible problem. If 'zero' was an option, that would be my overall rating. These are a danger to dogs and should be removed from the market as soon as possible.

Soft, rugged and squeaks but doesn't last

Nylon exterior, squeaker on the inside. Doesn't bounce and can't damage anything when thrown. Perfect for indoor use. **Update. It lasted all of 15 minutes before my dog made 2 holes in it and from there, it was destruction time. 30 minutes later, it was just an empty shell. Too bad, it had so much potential.

My dog loves these!

Not indestructible but they are pretty durable and are great for indoor play. They are light weight and there is little risk of damage when thrown indoors, still some care should be taken. This one is about the size of a tennis ball. My Aussie cross ( 55 pounds) loves hers!

My large dog loves it.

My Akita mix loves this ball. This ball seems way too tiny for my large dog but she loves it and didn't destroy it at all. She has a different shape of Nerf ball and that's her favorite too. I think she likes this fabric material.

Mi perrita adooora este tipo de pelotas, el material es resistente y a la vez manejable para que la pueda agarrar morder sin romperse, ya tiene dos años con ella y sigue intacta, de hecho es la segunda que le compro. La primera le duró cerca de 3 años.
