Good Quality
So I wanted to write this review only after I use this item and wash it multiple times. The size of the tray is not small but the quality is really good and quite robust. However, don’t wash it in the washing machine otherwise you will damage it and it will get rusty and you have to clean it with a soft sponge to avoid scratching it.overall, I didn’t regret buying it

Sturdy and won't dirty up your oven
Nice high walls prevent splattering in the oven. The thicker metal construction prevents warping that happens to most cake sheet pans if roasting at a higher temperature. Non-stick surface is easy to clean.

Let’s bake with no crispy edges
This was a flash sale deal and I hate I didn’t purchase 3. The pan bake VERY well. Heat is distributed even. My cake was moist to the edges. Great buy.

Nothing sticks!!
Nothing sticks to these. Easy to clean. I bought these specifically because they have high lids, perfect for allowing focaccia dough to rise alot without getting stuck to the lid. Highly recommend.

These pans don't seem to be non-stick
I got 2 pans and made 2 deep dish pizzas. A bit of the tomato sauce and cheese went to the edges of the crust and up against the pan. It stuck so badly that I had to soak the pans in water for a while to be able to clean them. That's not what I'd expect from a product that says it's non-stick. These pans are nice and sturdy, but I'm very disappointed in the quality of the non-stick coating. I have other pans from Nordic Ware that aren't advertised as non-stick and I haven't had this problem with pizza sauce/cheese sticking to them.

What a baking pan should look and work like.
First I am a cooking person as I love to cook for relaxation also because I love to cook. Been using baking pans for a while some pans don't heat evenly and some are not non stick but say they are. Also some pans are not big enough for cooking. This pan hits every exception. You can bake whole sheet cakes, lasagna, and bake any food you like and should I say again non stick! Why did I miss this pan. I am really about to buy another as it's hard to find pans this size and non stick. Most pans are glass and small and scares you because they may drop are hit something and break. This pan is heavy duty and cooks great. Nice to have pan. You won't regret it.

Nice pans
These are great pans for my large batches of Tres Leches cake. I haven't noticed much difference between the coated and non-coated versions, although I think the non-coated might have trouble with more acidic dishes such as lasagna. The coating looks nice and is easy to clean. I just wish these came with a lid! You can get the non-coated pans with a lid, so why not the more expensive coated version? Buying the lid separately on Amazon is not a good value. Luckily I have a restaurant supply store nearby where I can get the lids for about $3 each. Still a hassle that could be avoided by having the option to buy a lid with the cake pan. 5 stars for the pan but minus a star for not offering a lid.

Great high rimmed pan
Purchased this pan for my focaccia. It’s high rim keeps the oil inside and at 425F it did not warp! Focaccia slid out as expected! Would highly recommend

Just great
After so many uses, still looks brand new. Perfect for the oven. Truly non-stick and very light. No warping at all with that reinforced edge.
