My favorite in-house shoe

I've gone through three pairs so far. I like them for the warmth and comfort. The harder outer sole allows me to step outside occasionally and still be in comfort. I noticed that because of the harder outer sole, and maybe the material it's made of, I occasionally catch it on a small rug. I personally think it can be a tripping hazard if not cognizant of this. I will still buy replacements though, when needed. I do recommend them.

Will fit tight at first but once broken in they are hard to beat if you want warm feet.

This is my second set of these. The first set I bought a long time ago - they carry a different brand name but are essentially identical. The fleece inside is so thick and dense that when you first put them on you'll think you bought too small a size. But use a shoe-horn and wear them for a while - the fit loosens up as the fleece compresses . My last pair finally began to fail at the heel where the rubber sole began to break down and broke apart, but I'd had them for at least ten years.

Good quality slipper

Really nice slipper. Warm and it’s very easy to slip on. Also very well made.

Beautiful house booties.

Look great and feel even better. Very comfortable, and perfect as a house shoe only problem is getting them on, which I hope will improve after a few more days (only been wearing them for 2 days). I can even go out to the wood stack and no problem with the soles, the rubber makes them water resistant unlike a soft leather sole which will detereate over a short time. .

A Comfortable and Warm Slipper

True to size and as described. I haven't found any slippers better than these. The sole is durable.

Wore out my first pair

A side seam gave out after only 9 years of service, in South Dakota and later here in Colorado. (feigned grumbling). Seriously, less than $10/year is a great bargain considering how many mornings, evenings and some days of warm comfort I got from these things. I couldn't get the size 10/5E that I had before, so I picked up a pair of 11/5E. They are tight to get on, but I know from experience, that they will loosen. I just hope not too much. -Larry

good buy

I wear a 9m shoe and I ordered these slippers in a 9m. Of course the were tight at first but after 3 days they are broken in and are a perfect fit. My feet are fairly skinny though. Love these slippers! Warm, comfy and the soles grip the floor well and are great outdoors.

Great for the winter. I replace the bulky insole because they were too tight. Now fit just fine.

Wide size sent with medium removable insoles...

I was pleased to see that this slipper was available in wide sizes, but there was a problem. I ordered a 10 5E width, but the insole (foot bed liner) was not as wide as the slipper itself. My foot hangs over the edge of the insole on both outside edges. I removed the insole and it actually has "10 M 002 M" (I assume for MEDIUM) printed on it... Please see the photo I've posted for width discrepancy. As other reviewers have noted, the slippers also fit tight lengthwise, but that may loosen a bit with wear as the sheepskin lining compresses. On the positive side, the slipper is beautiful and otherwise well made. I imagine they would be comfortable with proper insoles. As it is, they're nice for lounging, but not for walking. I looked for an option to contact the seller to simply request wide insoles and there wasn't one.
