Awesome

One star for having to remove the label that was wrapped completely around it, big pain in the butt, but so far everything is great. Simple without any moving parts to break down, so far so good..

It's OK - but poor quality control

I like the way the brass shrub heads look, especially when installed on a copper riser, but be prepared to do your own quality control. This sprinkler head initially gave a very uneven spray pattern. I had to spend about 10 minutes with a drill bit and screwdriver removing brass burr from around the drill hole and saw cut that create the spray nozzle. Now the spray pattern is pretty even, but no better than a plastic head. Also, when I use the screw to reduce the spray distance there is more leakage around the screw than there would be with a plastic head.

Solid. Will challenge your lawnmower blades. Looks to be all brass and stainless. Happy

Perfect for the job

All brass is the only way to go but you can't buy them at Home Depot or Lowe's. The half plastic ones just won't stand up to repeated water pressure. After a while, they weaken and the brass spray head pops off. This style works perfectly.

Brass 1/4 shrub head

This is a quality built shrub head. All brass parts make adjusting the spray easy and consistent. I have used other heads that combine brasss with plastic and have ended up throwing them away because of stripped plastic parts or difficulty in adjusting the spray.
