THIS TAPE IS THE REAL THING FOR THOSE BIG FLEXIBLE YARD DRAINAGE LINES.

i knocked off a star for the darn ADVERTISING THEY HAVE TO PLASTER ALL OVER EVERY INCH OF THE TAPE. IF YOU MAKE A GOOD PRODUCT LIKE THIS... WE WILL COME AND FIND YOU... LIKE THE BALL PARK AND THE PLAYERS. Here is the jet black pipe and this absolutely jet black shiny tape... this stuff will stick to dirt... have some strong fingers to get it off the roll. And then with all the advertising plastered on the tape... it looks dirty. Hey kids, when these foundation plants get up... ain't nobody gonna see it anyway... and right now it's covered by leaves and you've got 4 stars instead of 5. Heck of a fine product though, none better.

Not very sticky

I bought this to wrap joints and elbows of downspout extensions. It won't stick to get a wrap started. When you do get it started it doesn't seal so it just leaks under the tape. Deducted one star for that and one for the godawful branding on the exposed face of the tape.

Good tape for winterizing

We used it to tape foam that covered our pipes and worked great. Used on all exposed pvc pipes, worked great. I also used it last year and looks and works like it did the first day I used it. I just bought 3 more rolls to keep in stock.

Used for wrapping speaker ports

Building speakers and each cabinet has 2 ports which fit loosely so I wrapped them with this and now they are very snug so no rattling.

Armor for exterior foam pipe insulation

Secure adhesion that seems waterproof and tough! Time will tell how long this will endure the heat and UV in our area, but it does look promising.

Didn't work

I bought this in an attempt to fix a couple of holes in my sprinkler drip line. First, I tried Gorilla Tape, then electrical tape, then I saw this and gave it a try because it is inexpensive. I gave it two tries and it didn't work either. Not sure how you get something to stick on a drip line with lots of pressure. I gave up and called the sprinkler guy and he spliced the line. A little more expensive but it now works.

Good value for the money on a thick PVC wrap tape

The adhesive is weaker than I'd like, but that's probably to keep the adhesive from cracking and weakening the plastic materials that I use it on. It's a great value-for-the-money choice when you need a thicker PVC wrap tape. We use it to cover hose clamps to keep heavy hoses from damaging themselves when coiled together.
