Fast, friendly and great products

My order was damaged during shipping by USPS (per message from usps). When I contacted the vendor, they said they'd send out a replacement. I thought it'd take a couple weeks to receive them because they'd have to file a claim with usps, but we received them in a couple days. They were very friendly, kind and courteous and responded very fast. The files were exactly as described and were the same quality as those we've ordered direct from the mfg. We'll definitely do business with them in the future.
