Great Product

Excellent product. Works well on my Echo BearCat. As may have been said in other reviews - if you happen to find that it's breaking faster than you think it should - cut the required strings and leave them to soak in water for a few hours before use.

Solid line and cheaper alternative to others

Short of metal cable, this line is pretty tough. I bought this to use in my DR trimmer. Cheaper than the DR brand but on par with the durability.

Look no further!

I’m in no way biased, a paid spokesperson, etc. just someone who has been trying just about every string I can find to use with my walk behind trimmer. With both sides, I trim about 5,000 feet of woven wire and chain link fence line plus a bunch of other stuff on my property. I looked tonite and I have 7 different brands and that will be reduced to one this weekend. I haven’t done all my trimming yet, but after about 1500 feet of trimming I finally replaced the two sections of this line. With one brand I’ve gone through half a roll and had to stop an interminable amount of times. My purchase was the .155 size. I’ll buy again, but probably won’t have to until next year!

Not very durable.

Used for my Cub Cadet walk behind edger. These work well for the first few minutes but they are too brittle and break off often when using with anything other than just grass. Try a different brand if you have thicker weeds other than plain grass. Fence lines or along the edge of your foundation this breaks off way too easily.

Unable to use lol

I bought this for a walk behind but the package was stolen as it was delivered in the middle of the night. I imagine one of the meth heads watched the amazon van leave and thought “yeah buddy, I’ll sell what ever this and tweak for a week” but as for the line it looks very good in the package. It is a very nice color of blue. I wonder if it’s the same color of blue as the eyes of the meth head that stole the trimmer. Maybe I’ll use it to make a cloths line or something. Looks like I’m heading to Lowe’s. “Durability” “longevity” “value for money”

Not good in a DR trimmer

I used this on my DR string mower. They did not last very long at all. I had some smooth round string left over- the smooth round lasted almost 4 x’s long than this product. It would probably do very well in a weed eater, but I think the DR has too much force for this string.

Strong trimmer line

Very durable, stands up to chain link fence and concrete retaining wall better than any trimmer line I have tried.
