Good straws!

These straws are the first metal straws I've owned, and they're really good. Super easy to assemble, good quality and easy to adjust, and fit every container with ease. The case easily fits into my backpack as well. My only real complaint is with how difficult it is to open and close the case is, it takes a lot more force than you think and I wish it was a little bit looser.

Great eco straws

I wanted reusable straws that are bendable. These come as a pair in a case with a cleaning brush. Silicon tops come off, easy to clean and I can take them anywhere.

Good quality... but the case is awful

As with many Oxo products they are well made. I like that it comes with a cleaning brush and a travel case, but good luck trying to get the case open! I bought two sets... one for me and one for my wife. I still use mine and deal with the difficulties of getting to the straws, but the Mrs won't bother with them because of it.

Fine but too big for toddlers

The straws seemed fine but were just too big for our toddler. We returned them and purchased Klean Kanteen short straws instead.

Combines the best of silicone and metal straws

The silicone tip is perfect because I hate the feel of metal straws in my mouth but silicone straws are too flimsy to push through lids. This combines the best of both. The silicone tip can be entirely removed so you can clean every surface when you want. The case is nice for the straw I leave in my car because otherwise silicone attracts lint.

Hard to clean well, fewer in packaging than expected

As a straw it works very well; it doesn't require much effort to get liquid from one end to the other end. Do note that "4 piece" refers to the straws, the pipe cleaner, and the nifty box they come in; there are only 2 straws in this package. Also, I've found it a bit hard to get the soapy taste out of them after washing, with the only method being a soak in a vinegar bath. If you know handy tricks for washing straws, this may not be an issue for you.

Great straws, bad case

Love the straws, the case is unbelievably difficult to slide open! I’ve had these for a few months now and I still don’t fully close the case because I can’t get it open myself, meaning that purse debris finds its way into the straws from time to time.

The best I have found

When I opened the package I knew I had found a keeper. The storage box, retractable straws and brush cleaner are attractive and highest quality. Many retractable straws I have tried do not function well because air gets into the straw - not these. The straws are also a good width for water or smoothies. The brush end has a piece of plastic to hold onto which helps when using it. It is perfect for its portability which is what I wanted. I think this was a great purchase!
