Excellent OXO products

We recently purchased a non-stick frying pan, so we needed utensils adapted for the surface, so we ordered these OXO ones. As will all OXO products that we have purchased in the past, these were perfect for the job. As with most kitchen items, if OXO makes one we are more than likely to go with them for purchase. We love the quality of the products they manufacture. If your in need of non-stick utensils, you will not go wrong with these. 5 Stars!

Good product I’d buy again

I purchased this because you get more bang for you buck, I really only needed the tongs the rest was a bonus. I’ve read reviews and viewed photos of melted spatula and laughed, I can only imagine Someone leaving it in the pan as if it was a wooden spatula and expecting it not to melt eventually. Common sense goes along way in this world, it works fine for scrambles and flipping burgers as well as fish filets. I’d say the only con is the jar scraper I normally use those things to scramble eggs but honey it’s a bit stiff for my liking as well as the handle is to long, oh well I can scrape the mayo and peanut butter jar with it and mix a bowl I guess. All in all the set is worth it for just the tongs lol those things do wonders in preserving non stick pans

You can’t go wrong with Oxo brand

I’ve never had any problems with Oxo brand and almost always by this brand whenever I’m purchasing kitchen utensils. They are sturdy and hold up really well!

Spatula isn't the good one anymore

I got a medium Oxo silicone spatula years ago, love it for baking. In 2020 I was disappointed to find that the ones Oxo sells individually are not the same, they aren't as flexible, are hard in the middle. I contacted Oxo and they confirmed that the one I Iike is only sold in the set, with the tongs and flat spatula. Last week, my backup got torn so I got another set, only to find that the silicone spatula is not at all the same as either one previously sold. The top doesn't slide off the handle, which is good, but sadly, it is hard, not as flexible. Guess I'll have to try other brands!

Excellent deal

This is a great deal for 3 very useful tools for non-stick cooking. It’s easy to do the math and see what these 3 items would cost individually. I needed a basic set while traveling and grabbed this. I already own both metal and nylon tipped OXO 12” tongs and was never interested in the shorter ones, but I find I really like them. They offer a lot of control. The flipper is a nice size and flexibility and slips under food nicely. There seem to be a lot of negative comments that it melts. I guess I don’t cook at such high temps in non-stick cookware because I haven’t found that to be a problem. I’ve only used it for eggs, pancakes and such, and at the temps I cook it’s fine. When I cook at very high temps I use my stainless cookware with metal utensils. The spatula is sturdy and a nice flexibility — stiff enough to push things around and add some pressure, but soft enough to get into curves.

Great Quality!

I had purchased these for myself individually a few years ago and because I love them so much I bought them from my mom and they came in a package together. The other tongs she has keep pinching her fingers when she uses it. The Oxo one does not and it’s easy to use and lock in place. It’s ergonomic handles make it comfortable for her to use. I’ve had my spatula for a couple years and it’s holding up just fine. It did bend curl forward a bit, but I was able to straighten it with a little heat from the pan. No biggie.

Oxo products rarely ever disappoint.

I enjoy how flat the spatula is, I can slide under everything. Have to be careful with heat as they will tend to bend under a bit. I’ve yet to purchase an Oxo product that I didn’t like. I’ve enjoyed any that I’ve purchased.

Don't let the handle touch the hot cookware

The handle is not that heat resistance as it will melt when it touch my hot cookware

Excellent set of utensils at a very good price.

A useful set of kitchen essentials from a brand best known for its utensils aimed at the diabaled, elderly and others with grip or mobility issues; these are for everyone else. Some other Good Grips utensils have seen many years of use and still have life left in them after being used almost daily; these should be no different. The tools are well-balanced and feel comfortable in the hand. The turner/fish slice is strong and not unduly flexible, well able to hold some considerable weight if needs be. The spatula is thick and stiff which will be ideal for thicker mixtures and is the perfect companion to a softer spatula also used. The tongs have a slide-to-lock/release tang and will open far wider than is likely ever to ne needed. Excellent value even at Amazon's normal price but far better value as a Cyber Monday deal.

Good Quality

Great product, easy to use. Much better than cookware from the dollar store. Buy a better quality product, since you are using this with your food. Saving a few dollars on dollar store items that don't last and can melt and possibly go into your food. I'd rather spend a little more and feel better about eating chemical free foods.

Extremely useful!

A really great and useful little set which everyone needs in their life especially if you own non stick pans! The tongs are great for turning things in a pan and they lock really nicely for storing them away. The turner/fish slice thing is really versatile and can actually hold quite a bit of weight. The spatula is my favourite! Not only is it great for baking but also for scrambled eggs or pancakes.

Nice set of quality utensils

I purchased these to use on a non-stick grill so the surface wouldn't be damaged. They are a lot better quality than I was expecting, really pleased with them. They can all be hung which is a really nice feature. Great value, easy to give 5 stars!
