Here's my review for the Ozeri stone pan I got in July 2022. I make eggs every morning and this pan is absolutely fantastic in keeping them from sticking due to the heat. In fact, it makes the entire omelet that much more enjoyable to eat, since when the eggs cook, they tend to get denser and more united in my opinion, not as runny. I like that! Cleaning is a breeze, usually just a few seconds of cold water and a plastic dish brush, and the pan is good as new. I'm really surprised how well the Ozeri brand lives up to it's claims, it really does deliver the non-stick promise without all those nasty harmful chemicals. I didn't even ever have to use oil, I just went right ahead with my eggs, cheese, and mixed vegetables. The Ozeri pan took it like a pro, and my meal was done with no sticking whatsoever. I use it every morning and for the past few weeks, the Ozeri pan has been wonderful. Just make sure to use a wooden or plastic utensil in moving the food around the pan and when you finally want to eject it into your dish. Wash with a plastic dish brush, don't use any metal objects ever, since you could scratch the coating and it would decrease performance. Or, get some unsightly scrapes. So, definitely get one! You'll enjoy it for sure. I know I did.

Best pan ever!
We have an induction stove top and this works great. As part of our diet we use very little (if any) oil to cook with and this pan does an absolutely great job of not having food stick to the pan. Plus, with the use of the newest technologies, it is a much safer choice than some of the older non-stick pans. Size and function well worth the purchase!

Best Non-stick ever!
I got about a year out of it. But I think it stopped working because my teens were putting it in the dishwasher I think that's what slowed down the non-stick. When taken care of burned eggs and cheese won't stick

Warped and scratches easily. Not at all like the Ozeri Saucepan.
2.5 years ago, I bought one of the Ozeri "sauce pans" which is basically a high sided frying pan. Stone coated, etc, just like this one. It was wonderful. After a year of almost daily use, that pan is still like on day one. Slightly discolored at the bottom, but still nothing sticks, no scratches, no warping. So, I decided to get the frying pan, thinking it would be the same. Nope. The frying pan warped in the middle fairly quickly, which made it harder to achieve even heat distribution. The stone coating was working great though, so I kept on using it, compensating for the warp as best as I could. But even though I'm using the same utensils (non-metal), the coating on the frying pan is all scratched up. And in a very short period of time. While my high sided Ozari pan was 2 years old at this point and much more used than the frying pan, yet not a scratch in sight. So, unfortunately, I can't recommend the frying pan, but I can definitely recommend the Ozeri All-In-One saucepans. I have 2 of them now and they are amazing.

Best pan in my kitchen
We use this pan 2-3 times a day. This is our 3rd one in about 6 years. We love it and will continue to buy. Picture is what it looks like after about 3 years of use every day. Old one still cooks great but sticks a little.

Like the pan, but it does scratch, scratched up within a few uses
Was excited about this pan and grateful to find something consumer health conscious. But it DID scratch and now I am unsure if it's still safe to use. We did our best to take care of it, cook with oils, not scratch etc. But maybe with highly conscientious care it would last longer. The nonstick coating is basically deteriorating - as you can see in the photo it's flaking up, not sure if safe to ingest if it gets in the food. We also got the sauce pan but that has held up mostly with just a couple minor scratches.

Finally! - a real Non-Stick frying pan
I cannot recommend this product highly enough. I deliberately delayed writing a review until I had used the product for a reasonable length of time. I bought the 10" version around 3 months ago and because it was so good I have now bought the 12" one. The quality of the pan is really good so it feels nice and solid with a comfortable well designed handle. But it's non stick qualities are genuinely excellent. We have cooked a variety of foods in it and non of them has stuck to the pan. It is also a complete joy to clean as you can virtually just wipe any deposits off with a soft sponge. But best of all is the fact that it is safe and non toxic. Teflon based products are now under a lot of scrutiny as being potentially harmful to us. (I personally know of someone who proved beyond all doubt that his Teflon cookware was making him ill). Plus the fact I never found they were as non stick as these Ozeri Stone Earth pans are anyway. PS. I am not connected with the company in anyway so this really is an independent review.

Great pan
I bought this pan nearly a year ago now, and as I purchased a smaller one today, I thought I would leave a review. This pan is a pleasure to use, nothing sticks and it cooks beautifully. I followed all the instructions and don't use it on a high heat. The interior looks as good as the day I bought it and the base only has the slightest traces of heat marks and one mark on the side where I dropped it. It is very easy to clean, requiring a gentle wipe.The base is still flat, top and bottom so the food, for example egg whites, stay where you put them as does the oil, of which you need hardly any. It also came with a protective cloth which sits inside to stop any pans stacked on top scratching the surface.

Tengo con1 sarten como 6 meses y excelente solo cuidarlo lavándolo con esponja que no raye y maltrate, y también dejarlo enfriar antes de mojarlo para lavarlo. compre un segundo sarten mas pequeño y también
