THE PRODOCT WORKED AS DESCRIBED

Terrific idea
I'm rating this with 5 stars because I love this luggage lock. I'm one of those people who simply can not trust my unlocked luggage to go through all that the airlines baggage handlers do with it while in their domain. What do I love about this lock? Well, no more tumblers to fuss with trying to get them to line up correctly. No more keys to search for or misplace. Pacsafe locks are TSA approved and locking/unlocking could not be simpler. The credit card sized "key" card is easy to carry with you, takes up almost no space, and the best part - it works every time. Just line up the little holes, insert into lock and bingo! opens/locks no fuss no muss! I highly recommend these locks - you will love them too! August 2013 update: still totally in love with these locks. My only issue, and it's not with the locks, is: TSA keeps cutting them off! Even though Pacsafe is TSA approved so they can check luggage by using their special lock opener, I have retrieved my luggage to find my wonderful Pacsafe lock is missing - 3 times now. So beware of the TSA! My solution, which may not be for everyone - I travel with an extra Pacsafe lock! And with my fingers crossed that the next time I travel, my Pacsafe will still be securely on my luggage! happy travels!

A nice sturdy lock
I got this lock to put on my suitcase that has a combination lock built-in, because I’m blind and cannot work that combination to save my life. This is great and I love it. It’s very easy to use and the key fits right in your wallet. It’s easy to identify by touch because of the little holes in the card. You just slide the card, with the holes going inside the lock, and press up and towards the lock slightly. The lock will pop right open.

TSA Agent Stole/Removed My Lock and Never Replaced My Lock--So I am now buying more.
I used the original Pacsafe lock which I had purchased a long ago. It is great because I didn't have to worry about losing a key. However, when I went to Barcelona recently & flew from JFK airport (June 28, 2017) The TSA agent took this lock off my luggage and did not put it back on my Hartmann luggage. So when I arrived in Barcelona, I did not have my Pacsafe lock on my luggage. Have no fear, I am traveling again and this is the only luggage lock I would use. I bought 2 more Pacsafe Prosafe 750 TSA Accepted Key-Card locks.I love the convenience of being an Amazon prime customer because when I ordered the Pacsafe Prosafe 750 luggage lock, it came the next day. This expedited service from Amazon made me a happy camper with less stress in my life. Thank you Pacsafe lock for making my life easier when I travel.

I use it for more than just traveling
This is my favorite lock to use. It is small enough to fit easily on luggage, but large enough to use on an average sized locker. I keep one copy of the key card in my wallet and the other attached to a key chain for easy access. The key card is easy to use and is easier to store than an average key. The plastic is durable enough that I do not have to keep it especially protected in any of the environments that I have worked in (factories).

Christmas Gift for Parents
I bought two packs of these locks to give to my parents for Christmas because of the trip we just got back from last night. I knew my mom already had a plethora of other locks and they all required keys and keeping up with those things was a hassle (having to dig into your purse to find them)! I knew that at least my dad would like these locks because of the "credit card key" since he could store them in his wallet along with our hotel key cards. I was kind of surprised by how much my mom loved them too. While on the trip, and even when we got home, she kept telling me how great the lock was and how much she loved how easy it was! I didn't buy any for myself but after hearing how much they loved them, I know I'll be buying me a pack before my next trip.

"TSA" doesn't matter!
I like the convenience of this lock and would possibly buy it again. However, I don't think it really matters if I used a TSA lock because they cut it off or used a TSA key and I didn't get the lock back. I heard several stories of the same situation where the lock was cut off instead of TSA using the keys they have. It doesn't make much sense to spend extra money to buy a TSA lock if they are going to cut it off or take it off with TSA keys and not give it back.

Great little lock, TWO locks in the package
I compared this lock to the Lewis N. Clark TSA card lock, and it looks like they were made on the exact same assembly line. For the price, Get this pacsafe one. A couple bucks more, and you get TWO locks and TWO cards in the package (same combination for both), the Lewis N. Clark lock only includes one lock. Lewis N. Clark Tsa Key Card Lock It's handy little lock. I'll update in a year how it holds up. I really like the non-metalic keycard that I can keep in my wallet. Makes life easier at security. Only downside I guess is that the lock has about 2x the mass of a little key lock, but it's about on par with most numerical combination locks, maybe a tad smaller. Appears to be built sturdy for a luggage lock. Just remember it's a deterrent, nothing more :)

Safe and secure for luggage
I've been using these locks for a long time as they seem much better than key or combination locks. The credit card key card fits right into a wallet or purse. Sure, no lock is going to deter professional thieves but these are a great deterrent to opportunists. The tsa feature is good too, basically shows you've nothing to hide and, your lock isn't going to get destroyed if customs do check your bag. These are well priced from a trusted brand and great value for peace of mind. I never travel without them. My fiancée liked them so much she took two of mine...

Very small
This lock is just too small to feel very sturdy but will deter casual thieves I am sure. It was too small for what I intended but will fit an average suitcase or flight bag. The card key is a great idea, very quick and simple to use. I would have given five stars but I'm just not convinced that it is strong enough to stop a determined crook with a screwdriver or similar.

REPLACEMENT KEYS
It says on the back of the packaging. Make a note of the key-card code stamped underneath the key-card. There is no key code stamped underneath the Key-card. This the reason I bought this lock because it said you can get replacement Key-Cards if lost.

A Great Little Lock
I bought one of these locks for a three month trip around the US and Canada as I was going to be taking quite a few flights and wanted my bag to stay zipped up, and dissuade potential casual luggage pilferers. The lock itself was smaller than I expected, which meant that it was light to carry around and fit through the holes in the zip on my backpack with no problems at all. I wouldn't say that I felt like it was a highly secure lock, and in any case, people can easily stick a bic pen through the zip of your bag and access the contents easily that way, but I at least liked the assurance that my zip wouldn't unintentionally snag on something and open itself. The key card itself worked fine. From what I can discern, each lock comes with one of around 26 (I'm presuming one for each letter of the alphabet) key cards that have various patterns of holes cut out in one corner. You then slide the card into the lock in a specific way, and it opens as you'd expect. I had no problems with opening the lock with the key card. So if you're looking for a lightweight lock for your backpack or suitcase (I wouldn't recommend this lock for lockers in hostels etc. as it doesn't seem substantial enough) that comes with a plastic key card you can easily keep in your wallet, then it could be a good choice for you.

This will give you a peace of mind
If you are looking for a TSA lock (with keys) which is lightweight, compact size but sturdy, easiest and fastest to open, no worries about losing your key, this good looking new generation lock is for you. Hopefully the suitcases will come with this type of lock built-in in the future. I was so amazed at how easy and quick to open it (no more trouble try to find the keyhole) and already have a lot of fun playing with it. Another advantage of using this type of lock is the safety - if you have small children at home or travelling, they would not able to swallow the cardkey.
