Great Shirt!
It’s my personal opinion that Pendleton makes the best quality wool flannels out there (you can tell at first sight/touch). I love finding vintage (pre 1990s) pendletons on the cheap at thrift stores. However, nowadays, I don’t believe any of them are made in the U.S. , but the recent ones I’ve purchased are made in Mexico with U.S. Wool. This U.S. attribute makes it so much easier to purchase at this kind of price point. I own a handful of the classic board shirt flannels, in size medium, and they seemed to run a little larger than this scout flannel I’m reviewing. The scout is more form fitting, but not too tight, probably just right (I’m 5’10, 190 lbs, 42” chest). I really love this shirt and Pendleton Wool products in general. It’s only been a few weeks and I have another wool style snap button shirt in the way. It’s a slippery slope that’s turned into a high quality collection over the years. Quality is key and you get what you pay for.
