Great if you are looking for an inexpensive rolling cooler!

This item was priced reasonably, and I'd say I got what I paid for. I like the color! The package arrived missing several of the bolts required for assembly, and the body of the cooler has a very small dent on one corner; but not significant enough to deal with the hassle of a return. I called the Permasteel customer service hotline to request the missing bolts, and I could not be happier with the experience! An actual human answered the phone right away, and she was able to order a set of replacement bolts that will be sent to my home - the call took less than 5 minutes of my time & the customer service rep was excellent. I've noticed other reviewers commenting that the legs are not very sturdy, and after assembling the item I understand their concern - there are more expensive and sturdier choices available. I'll just be super careful when I move this when it's loaded up with ice and bevies! I might replace the casters (only because this will be placed on a deck and these casters might get stuck in the gaps), but I'll wait to see how they function first. I really like the design of the lid; it has a knob on each side and it's hinged in the middle. The whole thing comes off, which will make loading it up and cleaning it easy. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, and I can't wait for an opportunity to use it!

White is NOT White (More Swiss Coffee)

Bought the white cooler with the removable top. This is absolutely not white. It's more Swiss Coffee. Image next to an actual white cooler for comparison. Feels durable except the attachment for the bottle caps - doesn't fit flush to the cooler and easily falls off. The screws do not go in as far as they need to in order to hold it snug. Image of how far the screws stick out.

Perfect for any entertainer

It looks great and is solidly built. The white color looks nice enough to put indoors. Building it was easy, just took a bit of time because there were a lot of screws to put in. I ended up using my cordless drill.

Beautiful but unstable

This looks amazing but the legs bend a lot when rolling this over pavers So much so that when the cooler is full of ice and drinks we do not want to risk rolling it. Should have had heavier gauge legs or some sort of reinforcement for the legs.

I ordered this in pink to go with business at pop up events. The original one I ordered had a dent with a crack in that dent. Box was damaged also. So I sent for a replacement one. The replacement one also has a dent, and what looks like a small crack. That box also had a small hole in it. But not nearly as big as the original one. So I kept it to use at my events. I receive tons of complements on it. I hope the dent/crack doesn’t get larger. I can’t keep sending for replacements as I need it for my business. It is very easy to put together. Somewhat lightweight. Rolls easily.

Never received product

Contacted Amazon only to be transferred multiple time to a "specialist" who did absolutely nothing to resolve my concern. I'm sure it's a great cooler. Cant say much.

It’s nice but it doesn’t keep cool

I love the look of it and I thought it would keep the drinks cool for a while. Unless you like all the ice being completely melted after 2 hours and warm drinks after 4 hours, I don’t recommend.

Wrong color, ordered white got aqua blue

Love the cooler it’s great but I ordered white and got aqua blue not sure what to do because really like it and it’s here already!!! I hate complaining about things that don’t really matter if you look at the bigger picture
