Nice level cakes, but sizing different than description

I purchased the 32 x 3-inch belt about a year ago. It actually measures 29.75 x 2.625'' -- getting it to fit a 9-inch cake pan requires some creative maneuvering. Otherwise, it works great. If you're looking at purchasing this baking belt, I suggest getting the longest one they have.

Perfect for my 3x8 Wilton cake pans

It took a while to find these because most are only 2" wide and my new pans are 3" wide by 8" across. Love these!

These belts are the bomb!

Finally....I've uncovered the secret to dome-free cakes! These baking belts work great! No domes means taller cakes. Easy to apply, and easy to remove. I'm an avid baker, and I now use these belts on all of my cakes. I highly recommend these baking belts!

Wonderful quality

I bought for my spring form pan used for making New York style cheesecake. I made a lavender cheese cake where the recipe called for a water bath. The last time I made it I hurt my back, because of weight and bulk. This product made a perfect cheesecake without the weight and bulk of the water bath. Well worth the expense!!

Does the job, but sticks to the pan during baking.

The belt does what it's designed to do, level cakes without a crown. I bought them because I have some 3" tall pans and the Wilton ones are 2". My problem is, during baking they stick to the pan and leave darkened areas on the belt (and yes I soak them throughly). The Wilton belts do not stick to the pan. These are not as good quality as the Wilton brand, but if you have 3" pans, Wilton doesn't make the belts that size.

Finally what I was waiting for. Works perfectly.

Was waiting for this 3" for a long time. I saw it on the British Bake Show. It works perfectly. Don't forget to soak it in water.

Level Cakes Every Time

My first time using leveling baking belts. Used on a 14 inch round, 3 inch high cake pan. My cakes came out completely level. I was amazed. I use now for all my cakes. I purchased 2 and they work together for larger cakes.

This product is fit for purpose and easily cleaned .Represents good value and reduces the fear of uneven baking. more choice for 4 inch width belts would be great.
