Works as expected

Only thing I wish was that this style had more color variations to choose from. The brown clashes with my white doors. I needed the low to floor profile & liked the manner of install for these, but different colors would be nice. Otherwise, great product & easy to install.

Very reasonable design

After replace our old crap plastic guide with this beautiful and well built one, I have to write something. It's not very easy for me as the instruction is not clear at all and I am no professional. I have never installed the guide before and it took me a while to figure out how to put the door back after the guide installed: You can remove the plastic part first and then put them back after put the door back. I realized how good the design is after figuring this out. The height is enough and can keep the door in place and won't be easily broken because the door has no chance to hit the guide. Like the design.

Works great!

Purchased this per my dad's request for under his sliding door. (He wanted 3 since price was so reasonable and he has several doors with old parts.) He's a handyman so he easily installed them. Works great!

Easy to install and fits perfectly

It was easy to install and fits my doors perfectly. No need to remove doors from track to install because screws are off to the side.

Well worth it for barely any clearance between floor and door

It took a second person to help hold the doors out of the way. You also have to remove the two outer plastic pieces/guides when you screw it to the floor so you can get the screws in, but once screwed down, put the doors against center piece/guide, add outer plastic pieces/guides back and you can now slide your closet doors like they were meant to.

Solid built. A good purchase. Will last decades

I was blown away by the expensive price of the cheap plastic guides with hollow vertical guides. The plastic ones have a nasty habit of breaking when they are installed on carpet. They are not solid and break when flexed by the anchor screws when installed in carpet. When I spotted this one that was metal for a lower price than the plastic ones, my spider sense tingled. Their packaging shows that this is adjustable for various door thickness. But I just could not see it in the photos. So I grabbed a micrometer and double checked the thickness of the doors. All indications were that even if these are not width adjustable, it shouldn’t be a problem. I ordered one. It is well built with a solid metal base. The guides appear to be Mylar. This combination should make them last decades. There is no flex when installed on top of carpet. I very pleased with this for guide. I suspect that the pricing is the result of a slight error when they packaged as they are not adjustable. But if you don’t need adjustability, then stop looking and get your order in. You won’t find anything better.
