Not everything is a conspiracy

For those of you that have failed to do your research... There are two formulations of this toner. One formulation is sold on Amazon, Ulta, Walmart online, Kiosks at your local mall, etc. etc. The other is sold only on their site. I've used both formulations for over 20 year's & this stuff is legit. Additionally, unless you'd like to sell your first born to receive their “exclusive” formulations, click buy or keep it moving.

Best toner for PIH

My teenaged son had moderate acne that responded to prescription acne medication (benzoyl peroxide with clindamycin), but he was left with post-inflammatory hyper-pigmentation (PIH), which are the dark marks left after a pimple has healed. This toner has been the best solution to renewing his skin and evening out his skin tone. It's not too harsh and does not dry his skin, and he doesn't need to exfoliate with a harsh cleanser or scrub pad or brush to try and remove dead skin cells. The glycolic acid works to exfoliate, and the toner in general helps with cell turnover leaving his skin new and fresh looking. It will take time, especially if you are trying to eliminate PIH, but this toner does work.

I have used Proactiv off and on forever!! I use the 3 step regime, they work best combined I have adult acne, over 60 and use it once a day before bed, I get compliments on my skin/complexion a lot. I started using Proactiv in my early 30s, twice a day then. It WORKS. Not too harsh - retinol can be. I have not tried other products, this is an original, the price is affordable and I don't have to purchase through a Dermatology Office or Rx. Make sure you use white towels and wash clothes, it will bleach the color out. My skin is smooth, even, reduces pores, although breakouts try to happen, it is not noticeable and calms those areas in short order. Keep in mind all my comments depend on you using the 3 products combined. I have never had an adverse reaction and will continue using Proactiv.

I have used this for 15 years

I use this after washing with the renewing cleanser. It relieves surface tension and removes residual grime that doesn’t rinse off with just water. Solved my break out problems. By my standards, it’s expensive but it works.
