defective

I've used this three times only and on the third time no steam was coming out. Window for return, of course, is over and so have a defective product on my hands. I am hoping the company will reach out and offer a return or substitute and if so I will post again but in the meantime DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM

Love this product! We put our own home made thieves oil in and have completely sanitized our basement and removed the musty smell. Simple, quiet and lasts long.
