Needs door weatherstripping

Needs weatherstripping on door as water will get in if rain comes at angle. For the money they could have done that at least. Build your structure correctly if doesn’t leak from top as others have stated but the door.

Wayyy too expensive, missing hardware.

This is insanely expensive for what it is, basically a metal door and plastic box. And the hardware to attach the box to the door and the silicone sealant, both of which were supposed to be included, were missing. Easy enough to find screws and sealant, so not worth exchanging. It’s also the only decent looking masonry mailbox insert that I could find after spending weeks looking. So I can’t give it one star.

Cheap

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with this mailbox especially considering the price I paid. It’s way over priced. The description indicates that the mailbox insert is made of masonry. It isn’t. It is like a plastic trash can although the door looks and feels like metal. I feel like I’ve been had.

Over priced.

Cast aluminum door and front trim are nice , but just a cheap plastic box makes me rate this 2 stars for the money. Way to expensive for what it is. The instructions show a photo of what looks like a fiberglass box! That would be better. The door also should have a nice replaceable weather stripping seal. It leaks!

Buyer beware...the pictures are extremely deceiving. OVERPRICED plastic!

WAY OVERPRICED! Cheap plastic and no hardware was included. If I didn't already have the mason here to start building my mailbox column, I would definitely return this.

It was really nice just overpriced unfortunately they’re not much options also I would prefer if the back was made out of aluminum instead of plastic overall I’m happy considering options

Magnet door broken in 3 months

Installed as my column mailbox about 3 months ago. But I just found the magnet already broken. I would definitely return it if it not installed yet! Waste my construction fee! Question: can I get my money back ......
