Great for my hair

This is just what I've been looking for. I have short, resistant hair and have purchased other 3/4" barrel brush irons. Most didn't get hot enough to curl my hair or the bristles didn't hold my hair. This one works great. I deducted one star because of the unfortunate placement of the on/off switch. It's under my thumb when I pick up the iron and I manage to turn it off 2 or 3 times while curling my hair. The protective tip is also pretty small. It's easy to touch the hot barrel and can be pretty uncomfortable when cranking the temperature up to curl my hair. These aren't deal breakers only inconveniences.

The configuration of the on/off switch

I bought this curling iron for the style and ease of use. However, I'm not entirely satisfied with it. It heats up quickly but when you're using it your hand can turn it off. It's where the switch is located. It's very annoying while doing your hair to turn the switch off. It's location isn't beneficial.

I like and it’s easy to handle. The only problem is the on/off button is in the same spot I rest my thumb so I’m clicking it off right in the middle of using it. Other than that it works great.

Grandma was happy

My grandmother was wanting one like the old days -- got her this one and she said its very much like her old one which she loved. She's 87 and can use this by herself!!

On off button is in a bad location

Everything about this curling brush is good. I've had one similar before. However the on/off switch on this one is located in an ackward postion and while using it I find myself turning off the brush. If it happened once or twice I wouldn't think much of it but it happens almost daily.

Stopped working befoe a month was out

This is probably a fake product. I can't imagine a well known company like Revlon actually making this. When this hair curling brush arrived i thought it was rather plasticky and flimsy looking. But, it did heat up and seemed good for curling the hair ends. If you tried to wind your hair around it, chances are they'll get stuck in there, as they did in my case. But before a month is out, the brush has stopped working. First Ifound that the grip was warm but the brush area was totally cold. I touched the plate under the bristles and they were not heating up. I put away the device in case there was some temporary glitch and tried two days later. Nope. Stilll not waming up and what'smore, now the power on light goes off after about 20 seconds. So basically that's it -- it doesnt work. And of course, it's not eligible for return. You can see why.

Great for the price

I'm a hairdresser and have been looking for an inexpensive curling brush for my elderly clients. This brush is lightweight and easy to handle. It gets hot enough for simple curls but is only good for short hair. I think it would tangle on long hair. I'm only giving it 3 stars cause there are better curling brushes out there if you want to pay the price,but for the price it deserves 5 stars

Buy it while you can.

I have medium length fine, straight hair. This product works very well on all settings. I like the size of the brush, neither too big nor too small. The only place that I found it is at Amazon. So, if it suits your needs, make the purchase asap.

Good product for a hot brush

Again, this is a good product for a hot brush, heats up quickly. I just find that a hot "air" brush works better for me as I have very fine hair. Would still recommend this to anyone.

Perfect heat, perfect tool.

Does just what my wife wanted and the real reason to buy this, she just stuck it into the hotel outlet and worked perfectly. In Europe. (you do need an pin adapter plug of course, but no convertor)
