Great Value these things are hard to find, not too common find
Found this item from watching Mike Tyson Training. I was thinking I would prefer rope, but the chain with the s hook allows it to go right at the handle on my garage door when opened, and the s hook through a chain link for perfect height for my head. I will install a ceiling mount in room to use also. Very satisfied for the price cannot beat for $20. Thanks! Will buy some other models if I can find them but this is nice as is. Others have you fill it with rice, sand etc. This is already filled. Wish it was slightly heavier, but the point is this is not meant to be punched, Dodge it while shadow boxing, It can still be lightly hit accurately to keep the swing going well.

Brought my boxing defense to a whole new level.
I use it to train head movement (slipping straight punches) and it works great, so far the only problem is finding people to throw punches at me because they quickly get frustrated when they can't hit me. Great value for boxer or martial artist. Excellent quality.

Ok for money
If you get this and its on sale for $20 and dont want to spend the exta $10 for another one its an ok deal. What I did not like about this is its just too light. The size was fine at 5x9 but it weighted with the chain at 1.7 lbs. For that I could just use what I have been using which is a wrist weights and put in a sock. Actually that performed better. I orderd another one by Amber. I wil get that in 10 days but that is supposed to be 6lbs so I will update what I like better. All I can say is most other Maze bags are more than 1.7 lbs. If you remove the chain its prob 1.3 lbs

Oldie but goodie
You can pretty much hang this anywhere with the open hook provided at the top of the chain. If the chain is too short for your application you can easily add chain to the hook to extend it. The bag itself is sturdy and durable. This bag is not meant to punch but I give it light jabs to keep it moving and it has held up great. I drop it in my gym bag to use anywhere I go including clients houses. This is one of if not the best slip bag at this price point that continues to deliver.

great product
really good addition for a home gym. lightweight so you can mount it almost anywhere overhead and chain can be shortened with a caribiner if necessary (mount it somewhere where the chain can be at full length for best results). this is not a punching bag so don't punch it, use as intended and you will be fine. I haven't noticed any issues with construction quality, it's been holding up very well for a couple months of daily use so far
